You will regret it. Do not move here. I have been here a month and I wish I would have listened to the reviews. Maintenance is a joke. Moved in first day A.C. was not working with triple digits temps. Water was leaking from ceiling in bathroom. 24/7 emergency maintenance???? Lol yeah.. called for hours. Went to the office was told they would come by that day nope. Figured out how to fix it myself. They never came in the apartment and just left a notice the next day telling me my unit is new. Was not blowing air AT ALL. I HAD TO CLEAN UP THE MESS FROM THIER JUNK! The apartments have a serious roach problem. At least on the bright side you won't be lonely. As other reviews have stated they are super tow happy around here. The secure mail/package room lol I walked right in. Yeah like I wanna get my crap stolen from there. Gates are a hit and miss joke. No one knows their code or how to get in so there is always a traffic jam at the entrance. My oven has been broken over a week I submitted 4 requests..... Nothing. The leasing agent told me they are all working on AC calls. MUST BE NICE I COULDN'T GET ANYONE TO LOOK AT MINE. This place isn't super cheap either. The office is nice and the outside looks ok but it is just lipstick on a pig. Don't move here.

This property is really nice. The staff is always so helpful. Keisha and Sterling go above and beyond to get me whatever I need. The amenities are superb and the complex is clean. I highly recommend Devon to anyone looking for a place to call home.

Don't waste your money on Devon on Northgate Apartments. They charge you high rents, but their service is zero compared to the amount they charge on the rents.

My apartment was infested with roaches and there were rodents living in my ceiling. Management charged me $1700 for an "early termination" even though I paid rent every month right through the end of the lease. The pool and gym were closed to residents the entire time I lived there. On-site laundry facility useless and I had to go to a laundromat, the mail facility burned down, cables in my apartment did not work and I had to pay to have spectrum fix them. They charged ma a late fee when their resident portal stopped working and the auto-pay did not go through. It goes on and on. Save yourself the trouble and do not live here.

I am a current resident at Devon on Northgate and the treatment I am receiving by the staff is unacceptable. There was a leak under my unit that caused mold and required them to cut a hole my bedroom wall to fix. After repairing the leak they closed the maintenance request. They still have not come out to repair the hole or remove the mold. Due to them leaving a large hole in my wall, OPOSSUMS worked their way into my home yesterday. After an hour of trying to reach the property managers, I received a call back from the on-call agent who advised me that they could not assist. When I asked why the hole and mold issue were not resolved a month later, I was advised that due to the BLACK MOLD in my apartment it required special handling that took time. At no time has the property manager mentioned that there is black mold in my apartment. Do not rent from this apartment, they will take no steps to protect your health or your property.

Nothing is good and worst service. Never picked my trash for 3 yrs but they charged.

This is the current apartment I am living in. The rooms are very nice and well equipped. The newly renovated rooms are excellent. The parking space is very wide. On customer service, I feel so comfortable dealing with a new lease or any maintenance service when I talk with Jessica (Jessi). She is so caring, well-composed, very friendly, nice, and straightforward while dealing with the customer. I have referred many friends to live in this apartment. They are still living in this apartment.

This apartment complex has major security issues and roach infestations. My vehicle and mailbox were broken into. The gates are left open and there are no cameras or security whatsoever. Have had plumbing issues that resulted in the loss of hot water for over a week. The new management is very unaccommodating.

Absolutely loved living at Eagle Crest when I moved here 5 years ago. That lasted about 2 years total. Maintenance does partial fixes; puts a bandage over problems. The 2 leading professionals are nice and do what they can to help you. The manager is MIA at all times; zero leadership there. I had a HUGE problem with my AC not working at all that put me out of my apartment for 4 weeks in the hottest month of the summer. I was given a portable AC unit that was supposed to keep my room cool. Entire apartment was boiling hot and humid. Room was slightly cooler and humid. UNBEARABLE. Manager didnt help until I pressed the issue and a leasing professionalism worked hard to help me out. I have major respect for the lady who helped me, Bernie.

Office management is extremely non-responsive and rude. Extremely unprofessional.

I love my apts. They have an excellent maintenence crew. They sales team in the office, our leasing agents are really at the top of their game. The staff is awesome.

The maintenance tech was at our apartment within 10 minutes of submitting the request. I call that excellent

Ive lived here for almost 4 years and the leasing staff and maintenance staff is beyond great! Maintenance guys are very nice, and usually come out the same day the request is made! It has made living here such a wonderful experience. I truly feel like a valued resident at Eagle Crest. Thank you!

Since moving here; i have noticed how quiet it is. no fast driving in the parking lot and my neighbors are very kind.

Phone calls are CATCH ME IF YOU CAN. If a call is answered make sure you KNOW who you are talking to and date and write the response because you get different answers depending on whom you talk to.

I have lived in more than 5 apartment and this is by far the worst apartment I have ever lived. Customer services is really bad. They always take more than couple of week to come fix anything in apartment. Once they fix it even then they don’t fix it properly. It goes back to same situation after few weeks. I had couple of things in apartment that I requested them to fix it multiple times which they never fix it. People who work in front desk is rude, they never listen to customer complain instead blame us with completely different problems. I had issued multiple complains to them about my neighbor because of noises. Until the end of my lease, that issue was never solved. Apartment is really in bad condition, everything is failing apart. I would never recommend anybody to this apartment. I don’t want anyone to go through same experience I went through with his apartment. Please don’t even think about living in this apartment. By far the worst apartment experience.

Even after fumigated the entire building, my apartment is infested again after a 2 week reprieve. It is 4am and I have been awakened by roaches in my bed. I wish I had never moved here and I will leave at my first opportunity. Avoid this complex at all costs! I still admire the staff for trying, but I fear there is no hope for this place. Previous management let it get so out of hand, that nothing can be done about the problem

I was looking to be a potential resident here. I called an called and called. FINALLY, after calling, someone picks up and puts the phone down on the desk. No greeting, and did not pick the phone back up. I called back, and someone picks up, "EAGLE CREST", as if I am bothering her to do her job! I would never give my money to a company with customer service like this. If they are doing it now, then I bet money that this would just be the beginning of a terrible stay. So to "EAGLE CREST", first impression is always the one that will stick and your customer service is TERRIBLE. Answering the phone is the FIRST POINT OF CONTACT. I work for the Airline industry so I will be letting my fellow colleagues that this is definitly a NO! It's too bad I have to even give it a star.

my experience.. I was there for 3 days my roof was leaking it took 12 hours for them to fix. My Ac went out in August it took 3 days to fix. My home was broken into it took 4 days for my broken window to be fixed

They never come fix anything and if you complain they act like you are the problem, they have water bugs bad from all the leaks in the complex, and they always overcharging, and had a bad leak in apartment ceiling that they couldn't fix but always lied and said it was fix.....but glad I moved....

It's not a bad place to live. The downside would be that rent is always increasing. They have a new management and have made some improvements like a new fitness center.
