If you want to live in a safe community which is clean with beautiful grounds it’s Pebble at Destinations. A great staff, providing a bus service for shopping, banking and various other activities. Beautiful club house with many activities. We also have a very nice gym. A library, a beautiful pool area and many other amenities. It’s very quiet here.

The place is very quiet and safe. Amenities are plenty. I wish there were more fitness classes. Neighbors are friendly but not intrusive. The office and maintenance staff are pleasant and responsive to our needs.

I’ve lived at Destinations Pebble for 23 months. Management staff has been friendly and helpful, maintenance staff responds promptly. The grounds are well kept but some stairways and stairwells have stains. Friendly neighbors and plenty of choices of on and offsite activities offered.

So far the residents have been very friendly it's a pleasure to be able to walk around and see people you see I just came from a five acre ranch you to rural area so this is a whole new lifestyle it's so far it's nice very nice I think my wife would have loved it but I'll have to enjoy the view for her.

Living here at Destinations Pebble is ok. Its supposed to be a 55 active community but you see more residence that don't fit that description. The grounds have gone from fresh and pretty to dry and not kept. The potter make sure the front areas are clean and trash picked up but hardly does the same for the buildings past the office area. Its clear the main concern is the clubhouse area and front entrance. Ive lived here long (5yrs) enough to make these comments because I've seen the changes.

Destinations pebbles is a lively adult community, quiet, secure.. beautiful, landscaping and views convenient 24 hour workout room, pool and spa .laundry in your apartment and larger washers and dryer’s near the clubhouse for those bigger winter blankets. There are various trips, day trips, etc. trips to shows you just need to sign up - for those who don’t really want to leave the property they have different activities planned up in the clubhouse again you just need to sign up. out of 10 DP would be a 7, it is a older building and maintenance is mandatory in numerous places. carpet is cheap, needs replaced. was old when moved in.

Destinations Pebble is a great place to live. I really like the neighborhood. Also the property offers a bus service that takes the residents to restaurants, shopping, and all sorts of events that happen around town. If you are like me, and you have gotten rid of your car, this bus is indispensable.

As a resident of a 55 community the grounds are kept up, my neighbors are very friendly and helpful. Office staff are on their game. Just a phone call away.
I am in my sixth year living at Destinations Pebble. I still feel safe living here and have never experienced any problems entering or exiting my apartment any hour of the day or late nights. Maintenace always responds timely and they are always professional, courteous and respectful of me and my personal property.
Destinations is for me is within the best geographical location of Las Vegas, NV. Destination Management is professional, caring, and considerate. Common Areas are appropriately maintained.
Destinations is a beautiful to live. It’s safe, clean and very quiet. The management is super and the maintenance department does a great job. This is a super nice place to live.
Over all Destinations Pebble is a nice peaceful place to live. I've lived here now for 3 years so its a good place. It states 55 active community

Destinations pebble. It’s a friendly community where you feel welcome you feel safe. Your surroundings are pleasant to be in people smile at each other and say hello so if you’re a person who wants to make friends, you can easily do that here if you enjoy kind of being on your own you can do that also. it’s quiet you have a feeling of being out of the city and yet you’re not it’s all right there easy access. So the best of both worlds and if you want some thing, a little bit more exciting and stimulating, you’re just a short drive to the strip. Kind of the best of both worlds I think you’ll like it here.

Well, I have only been at Destinations Pebble for 2 weeks now and so far, so good. This is the first time I have lived in a 55 community and I keep asking myself why I waited so long! The staff and residents are so very nice and helpful, and everyone says hello to everyone. I have referred my two older brothers here too so hopefully they will make the move. I feel this is a great place to be and it is safer here as well.
