I’ve lived at Destinations Pebble for 23 months. Management staff has been friendly and helpful, maintenance staff responds promptly. The grounds are well kept but some stairways and stairwells have stains. Friendly neighbors and plenty of choices of on and offsite activities offered.

if the elevators were not a problems i could give this place a really good reccomendation. There is also a problem with the pool.. I was told when I visited here that iti was heated year round but I guess this is not a fact. So what is the truth about the pool?

So far the residents have been very friendly it's a pleasure to be able to walk around and see people you see I just came from a five acre ranch you to rural area so this is a whole new lifestyle it's so far it's nice very nice I think my wife would have loved it but I'll have to enjoy the view for her.

Living here at Destinations Pebble is ok. Its supposed to be a 55 active community but you see more residence that don't fit that description. The grounds have gone from fresh and pretty to dry and not kept. The potter make sure the front areas are clean and trash picked up but hardly does the same for the buildings past the office area. Its clear the main concern is the clubhouse area and front entrance. Ive lived here long (5yrs) enough to make these comments because I've seen the changes.

Destinations pebbles is a lively adult community, quiet, secure.. beautiful, landscaping and views convenient 24 hour workout room, pool and spa .laundry in your apartment and larger washers and dryer’s near the clubhouse for those bigger winter blankets. There are various trips, day trips, etc. trips to shows you just need to sign up - for those who don’t really want to leave the property they have different activities planned up in the clubhouse again you just need to sign up. They also will take you to the store the bank etc. there is a schedule in the monthly newsletter. It’s subject to change, but you get the better iidea I quite like it and if my rent doesn’t go up I plan to stay another two years.

out of 10 DP would be a 7, it is a older building and maintenance is mandatory in numerous places. carpet is cheap, needs replaced. was old when moved in.

Destinations Pebble is a great place to live. I really like the neighborhood. Also the property offers a bus service that takes the residents to restaurants, shopping, and all sorts of events that happen around town. If you are like me, and you have gotten rid of your car, this bus is indispensable.
Destinations Pebble is a great place to live. The neighbors are friendly and the complex is clean and quiet.

As a resident of a 55 community the grounds are kept up, my neighbors are very friendly and helpful. Office staff are on their game. Just a phone call away.
I am in my sixth year living at Destinations Pebble. I still feel safe living here and have never experienced any problems entering or exiting my apartment any hour of the day or late nights. Maintenace always responds timely and they are always professional, courteous and respectful of me and my personal property.
Destinations is for me is within the best geographical location of Las Vegas, NV. Destination Management is professional, caring, and considerate. Common Areas are appropriately maintained.
Destinations is a beautiful to live. It’s safe, clean and very quiet. The management is super and the maintenance department does a great job. This is a super nice place to live.
Over all Destinations Pebble is a nice peaceful place to live. I've lived here now for 3 years so its a good place. It states 55 active community

Destinations pebble. It’s a friendly community where you feel welcome you feel safe. Your surroundings are pleasant to be in people smile at each other and say hello so if you’re a person who wants to make friends, you can easily do that here if you enjoy kind of being on your own you can do that also. it’s quiet you have a feeling of being out of the city and yet you’re not it’s all right there easy access. So the best of both worlds and if you want some thing, a little bit more exciting and stimulating, you’re just a short drive to the strip. Kind of the best of both worlds I think you’ll like it here.

Well, I have only been at Destinations Pebble for 2 weeks now and so far, so good. This is the first time I have lived in a 55 community and I keep asking myself why I waited so long! The staff and residents are so very nice and helpful, and everyone says hello to everyone. I have referred my two older brothers here too so hopefully they will make the move. I feel this is a great place to be and it is safer here as well.

I began looking at apartment living in Las Vegas after I sold my home. There is a wide range of living environments to choose from in Las Vegas. I began to explore the 55 communities. I found these experiences also vary greatly. The cost of living in an apartment in 2024 is well above my expectation and very important in my decision. There were many I simply could not afford, as well as some I didn’t feel comfortable with. I needed my privacy with the option to be a part of a great community. I didn’t want to be forced to sacrifice everything for cost of living. So, I wanted to get the best quality for my expense. From the very first inquiry this community began to stand out from the others. Not only was the offer very nearly my best, the amenities were beautifully managed and this is magnified when you compare other properties. Most of all the staff were immediately considerate and comprehensive. The professionalism is outstanding here. This was above my other experiences of inquiry. They returned all my inquires with two and three dimension answers to my questions. This went beyond my expectations. I was very impressed. They responded when they said they would. They respected the importance of this decision in my life and were there every step of the way helping improve my move in experience. They caused me to want to be a part of this establishment. Over and above all that ..they showed kindness and valuable help to immediately help me feel comfortable here. I have felt very welcomed and a part of this community from my first contact. That relationship has enriched my experience even more now as a resident. I love & enjoy living here. I find this experience perfect for my lifestyle. Destinations is an excellent place to iive. Safe, clean and professional and caring management. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. A lot of planned activities plus a daily bus shuttle is provided. The maintenance department is outstanding.

This is a nice community, however it’s very expensive and the yearly rental increases pretty much price people out of here after a couple of years. People are constantly moving out for this reason.

The Pebble complex is very quiet. Neighbors are friendly but not intrusive.
Destination Pebble is a great place to live. The residence and staff are very friendly. I feel safe here. The grounds are kept well. The location is convenient for shopping and restaurant.

It’s a lovely property, off the beaten path, but close enough to anything you need. It’s well maintained and nice and quiet.
