This place is so clean and neat; the units are spacious,, There are so many Units, yet the place certainly is free of boistrous parties (yes, even some areas have a problem with "old enough to know better" renters causing a havoc. A monthly calendar of ACTIVITIES and EVENTS are given to everyone- so much to do! There are rules, but easy to comply with - and EVERYONE is so pleasant to talk to. That makes a world of difference.

I work midnight shift doing healthcare, when I leave out my door I feel so secure because we have security guards driving through making sure everything is safe and peaceful. When I return home in the morning it's just like I left, peaceful and very quiet with my neighbors waving with a smile in the morning as they go off to work. I've been here over 3 years and my neighbors are like my family, we encourage one another and always let each other know that if ever in need of anything we are always available and that's pretty awesome because you won't find that in any other neighborhood ??

Living at Destination Alexander for the most part has been a pleasure. There have been a couple of incidents that were concerning, but they could have happened anywhere you live.

This is a very nice, quiet community with beautiful grounds and great neighbors. Lots of things to do if you like. Close to everything you need. Highly recommend for anyone looking to live here

We have enjoyed our time here and being able to let our little grandkids swim at the pool from 1 to 4pm is awesome. The people here are very friendly. What I really like is how fast the maintenance technicians respond when we put in an issue.

Love the people in the office and love my maintenance crew. Love our community activities only thing is, is we need our old chef back cause the food hasn’t been that good.

This is home. Not an apartment, but, home. The office staff is more like family. There is probably not a problem that the maintenance staff couldn’t fix! They will always find a solution.

Beautiful grounds that are well maintained. Shuttles bus is great for trips to markets and mall stores. A great place to meet and interact with others in activities.

Most people have already heard the word don't move in here it's overpriced underrated way too expensive for the the area and the condition of this facility greystar has facilities in Henderson for the same price the amenities are beautiful but not here decorated by home Depot cheapest

The atmosphere is very quiet. The administrative office keeps you well informed about any trips, new projects, etc. The staff are very helpful and always professional.

Destinations is a very welcoming community. I love the fact that we have buses that take us places and there are loads of activities at the clubhouse.

If any of my friends are looking for a 55 and over community I would recommend Destinations Alexander because it is roomy and people who live here have all been nice to us. Also like I mentioned before the stores and places to eat around us are numerous.
