I enjoy it, I think overall it’s easy to use. The web browser version isn’t as friendly as the app but I’m still able to get done what I need to.
Amazing from the time we walked in the front door without an appointment. We were in a serious time crunch and were treated with such respect and explained everything in great detail, along with a tour of the premise. Amazing experience.

We've been here about 2 years now and both work from home. It's quiet enough here that we're both able to do that from the same apartment, and there are plenty of other places in the building to go and work if we need to during the day. Building is well maintained, maintenance does a really good job of staying on top of things, front desk staff are so nice. At our last place before this, the packages room was a complete nightmare - this place does a good job with packages and helps you find yours if you can't for some reason. We'll likely renew next time - recommend if you're looking for a quiet place that's close to Alexandria Old Town without being smack in the middle of it.

The apartment is so secure and well maintained , the amenities are so good and it is located in a prime location, so very easy to commute , the metro is located in 1 miles u can get a dash bus from the apartment

elevator #5 broken 3 times a week for the past few months. it will get fixed for maybe 2 days max then break again. one time I got stuck in there for a few minutes before being able to open the door

The Del Ray Tower is a hidden gem in Alexandria - close to several metro stations via bus and walking distance to the heart of Del Ray's restaurant/small town scene. It's also a quick ride share or drive to/from Washington, D.C. Above all, the building is clean, safe and well run. Neighbors are respectful and mostly quiet. I've been a resident for years and look forward to more years here!

Management and concierge team are friendly. Great amenities stood out for me just as plenty space for business centers, conference room, printer, coffee machine, fitness center with a nice view, yoga room, theater, running track and so many others. Located in a nice area in Del Ray and very convenient for work commute and explore the neighborhood. One downside is that there isn't too much storage in the unit, but everything else makes up for it.

This has been quite a ride! Between the water and electricity being shut off (several times), the HVAC (heat and cool) going out and needing repairs (many times), the fire alarms going off (too many times to count), the underground parking garage gate broken (for many weeks), the elevators not in service due to inspection failures (for months), I'd say, its time to move out and move on!

There always seems to be something! Between fire alarms, electric going out, smashed garage doors, non-working elevators, people parking in the electric vehicle parking area with a gas car. Always something!

We just moved in, and we love the place! We’ve found the staff to be friendly and professional, and the property has a lot of nice amenities to include a theater, gym and rooftop walking track. Compared to other apartments that we toured within the same price range, DelRay is hands down the best.

Moving into an apartment that is this clean, modern, quiet, and convenient seemed too good to be true. I still have trouble believing that I stumbled upon the only affordable apartment in Alexandria that still feels luxurious. The view from the gym is breathtaking. You can see DC, Arlington, and Alexandria.

DelRay is generally always clean and well-kept and there is always parking available. Now to get the dog owners to clean up after their dogs!

The building is generally pretty good, but it is obviously not perfect. The gym doesn’t appear to particularly well maintained as there is some equipment that has been unserviceable for quite some time without repair. I noticed too that last winter the air conditioning in the gym seemed to be switched off but with all the glass up there it was still quite hot, even in the winter. We have had marijuana smoke smells seep into our apartment on a number of occasions whilst living here, which is unacceptable. The elevators seem to go out of service more often than they should. All these things considered the rent is quite expensive. I have on the other hand had good and pleasant experiences with all the staff and the in unit maintenance we have received has been timely and effective. The general building preventative maintenance (gym aside) is noticed and appreciated.

The place is still amazing but the front desk and cleanliness has significantly diminished . Especially during weekends. I do still enjoy my days and I appreciate the improvements being made.

Del Ray Tower at Fuse’s aesthetic definitely gives luxuary. You will have to put in maintance requests within weeks of moving in, however, they will investigate in a timely matter. The concierge staff are amazing! The leasing staff office is okay (except Kiarah who is attentive and informative)

Was a bit bummed to move in and see water damage to the floor. Although it was fixed expeditiously it was extremely inconvenient as I had already set up my furniture and the repair job left sawdust all over the apartment. After spending days moving and setting up and cleaning, I really did not want to repeat that process in the same week. However, the rest of the experience has been great. Neighbors and community are friendly, staff is helpful and the amenities seem to be top notch (leg press is out of order in the gym tho). Still kinda new and the verdict is still out but so far I'm enjoying the experience!

The staff's utter disregard for residents' concerns is appalling, with maintenance requests routinely ignored for weeks on end. But what's truly infuriating are the constant, inexplicable charges that magically appear on my monthly bill. It's abundantly clear that the management is more interested in squeezing every last penny out of tenants than providing a fair and transparent living environment. If you value your sanity and your wallet, steer clear of this den of unresponsiveness and hidden fees.

I love DRT @ Fuse. had to move in on short notice and they have been hospitable to me from the first time I inquired up to now, a year later. the staff have remembered me even though we have few interactions (because I just havent really needed them) if any, and they always ask me how I’m doing and how things are going when I do see them. the community at DRT and in delray itself is slightly more friendly than the rest of NoVA IMO and I enjoy that.

Love it here! I recently moved here with my daughter and grandson. I have participated in the Whiskey tasting and planning to attend the Paint and sip event. As far as apartments go, I love it here. People are respectful of each other in community spaces and in passing. I’ve only had one issue with sound traveling through apartment walls and never had the issue again. The community is wonderful, and the staff so insanely accommodating and helpful. The area is also a huge selling point! I love being a quick walk from coffee or bars or good food. Del Ray is one of my favorite neighborhoods, and this apartment is just perfect for me. But for my first luxury apartment building experience, the impression is a little lackluster. I’m admittedly a harsh critic, but in my first year there have been several issues, mainly the large-scale, months-long renovations due to water damage (which we were generously compensated for in our rent). It seems like there’s regularly always an amenity or space that’s rendered unusable (ie: temperature in the gym, package lockers being down for months, sky lounge under renovations). While I expect those things from an apartment complex, it makes the experience feel significantly less luxury. With all that being said, I would still recommend it. It’s a good community, and great units. The location is ideal. I feel like the units are priced fairly for the value you get. If you can handle the inconveniences, it’s a great spot.
