Living at Solace Apartment Homes is just wonderful. The staff are very nice and caring, also the Maintenance is good for being on time fixing things...I love the change in the landscape around the apartment's.

This Apartment complex is close to everything, shopping center, hospital, fast food, remolded areas. The staff of the Solace is very friendly and nice.

The assistant manager has been helpful and great from the start of touring to now. When I first moved in, there were a lot of people who would blast their music in apartments or car after 10pm. There’s no thick walls or any that are sound proof. You can hear neighbors from all sides, especially the ones behind your bedroom and upstairs. My car also got broken into and nothing was done about it. The cops don’t think this apartment or area is worthy of coming out to. There’s often a lot of gun shots heard as well. Even near our dog park. And the smell of weed comes in through the ac ducts often. Just a heads up.

The apts is very quiet and nice and the kids love the park. ..the neighbors are very sweet ..there no discomfort staying here.i love the apts

Great access, great community, great neighborhood, close to everything: movie theater, cinema, super markets, gas stations, parks, restaurants.

Rats, roaches, filthy parking lot, maintenance take months to fix stuff, hot water has been always Luke warm, no security, broken gate, no parking,

Living here 3yrs now. The apartments were a bit rough at first but now that the management changed I’ve seen major improvements. I love the layout of my apartment too. Very spacious and open concept.

I have been living here for 3 years and I'm very comfortable and grateful for my home, 2 years ago I lost my first apartment in this complex to a fire while I was at work, the staff was very helpful and put me and my family in another unit within a week. That shows that they care about their residents.

My experience so far has been less than unsatisfactory. There is just too much racket around here. Loud music playing into the night. People fighting and being rowdy. Tenants upstairs are disrespectful and rude. Flooring comes up often. Maintenance comes late. Hear gunshots and screaming. Not a place to live in comfort.

They work with you as long as they know and see you are trying. I have experienced a management team that cares the way they do. The maintenance men come out and fix the problems in a timely manner.

I love my apartments it’s so quiet and the maintenance men are really friendly and they get the job done. I love the communication between the office workers

Community is good. Neighborhood is busy and walls are thin. Can't make partial rent payments online. Have to pay in full or go in office which is my main negative point

Roaches, people aren’t picking up their animal waste, don’t understand the parking. It’s okay to live, but I would have prefer to live somewhere else.

It’s been quiet. My neighbors are amazing and I enjoy the peace in my corner of the world. Maintenance is quick for the most part. The grounds look great.

I love it here. My apartment is so beautiful and comfy. Adrianna is very helpful and care about my stay. It is a quiet community and I love it. I would definitely recommend to family and friends

Quite neighborhood, good place, close to everything: gas stations, parks, dogs parks, restaurants, super markets, freeway, hospitals, schools.

I been in this apartment for a year now. I have peace of mind. I have security. If I have an issue, maintenance and landlord responds in a timely manner. Besides, pet owners not being totally responsible for their pets, when they take them out. I still give this complex a 5 rating.

The very first day me and my fiancé walked into the office it was the customer service for US! Mrs Vanessa never switched up she stayed in contact with us the entire time even when we didn’t think we was gonna get the apartment. Adrienna very very very sweet polite, passionate about her job, answers as many questions she can without being rude. Mrs Vanessa and Adrienna took their time to help us. The first apartment we applied for we thought we had lost it but FAVOR from God he knew that was our home?? EVERYTHING is absolutely amazing and peaceful WE are FOREVER thankful. Apartments complexes need more ladies like these two angels here at Houston Hills they deserve there flowers daily????????????????????????????????????????????

The apartments are nice. Not too noisy on the regular, with friendly neighbors. The ladies in the office are really friendly, and always have the best customer service.

I’m in a recently updated unit & I love it tbh , especially coming from carpet everywhere to flooring was definitely top of my wish list ; maintenance is very responsive & there’s also 24/7 maintenance , that actually responds to afterhour calls , alot of ppl don’t which I appreciate .

My unit is in really good condition and the AC blows real cold. Brand new appliances with remote fan in room. plenty of parking spaces and nice dog area.

Management needs to be more hands on. Tenants are throwing garbage from balconies. My upstairs neighbors are way too noisy. Jumping and running at 3am.

It’s been great living here for a little over a year.. community is moving up, schools are great.. and they lets dogs stay too. The team to do reapairs attend to our need with a sense of urgency which gives me a piece of mind.

Everything is close. Gate with code access, playground, pet friendly, dog parks in side. A lot parking inside and outside. Nice staff. Recomendable

Great place!! I’ve lived in this apartment community for about 3 years, so I’ve seen the ongoing up keeping and constant renovation of the premises. Management truly makes you feel welcomed!

Nice property when we moved in the floor wasn't finished. Our patio doors do not have a screen door. The office is nice and they do move efficiently.

I’ve been living here since October 2022 and I’ve had a good experience when it comes to the office people. But when it comes to maintenance coming to fix stuff, it does take a minute, but that’s understandable there’s a lot of buildings, I’m a ver clean person but the only problem that I’ve had while living in my apartment is a mouse, it took me forever to catch it, but it has been caught and I haven’t seen any more sense. I love the parking I have no problem with that. I always get a good spot. What else could be fix that would catch more peoples attention is the kids park and I wish people would pick up after they dog have use the restroom.

I am not renewing my lease because I do not feel safe. My unit has been broken into and my car has been broken into several times. Management hasn’t did anything to improve living conditions. I have been a resident for 3 years

My experience at Cypress Ridge has been really great. The staff has always been really nice and helpful. Any problems I run into are usually quickly resolved. My area is pretty quite and neighbors are friendly.

So far move in day was amazing. The women in the office are very helpful and prompt. No complaint on my end. Looking forward to a great year here.

The process of moving can be stressful but it was an easy process thanks to yall. I was surprised how quiet it is hope it stays this way and we will be fine.

My apartment is wonderful. I haven’t been here long but so far it’s great. I see a few upgrades coming . I haven’t had any problems maintenance have been answering my issues

I love the community here. Security is always present and visible, and management is always available and quick to respond to any and all issues.

This is my first experience living in an apartment alone. As of right now, I feel more secure and comfortable here than I did in any place I have lived previously. And I have lived about 7 different states before ended up here. If I have a complaint or concern, I get quick and useful responses.

Good neighborhood everything is close to us like: pharmacy, schools, mall, fast food, hospitals, parks, close to 45 North and 1960 FM. Safe

Nice and quiet. The office staff personnel are friendly. Love the layout of the apartment. I haven’t been here long but I believe it will be pleasant. It is pet friendly and they work with you in the deposit for your pet or pets.

We lived here a couple of years ago, we killed 6 mice and had a bed bug problem had to throw away a brand new bed, had roaches. Loud neighbors, music and screaming all times of the night. Ive had the neighbors kids below us playing on our bannister. Water was yellow and then we started not having water for weeks, flyers went around after being called. They did have someone spray our apartment a couple of times but it never killed the roaches. Parking was always a nightmare we had to park far away from our apartment. When we looked at these apartments it looked decent we regretted it right away. Kids were swimming in the pool in their clothes and made the water green. The onsite washer and dryer smells like poop.

I have lived here for almost two years right after I signed my second lease we started having a lot of problems. The sewer messes up every other day we have rats and most recently the sewer has started flooding my apartment. When I complain to mamagement they act like its no big deal and they will not do anything. When I told them about the rats all they did was give me the sticky rat traps. Please run and go to any other apartment but these!

I'm not going to give them 5 stars only because I just moved in 3 months ago and I don't think I've had enough time to really give full judgement. Upon my move in the managers we're very helpful and made sure I had a easy move. Since then I've only had to call for my faucet dripping and I needed a new filter but both were done pretty fast. So far I think it's been a good decision.

Seriously I'm loving all of the new stuff this new company is doing. The ladies in the front office are nice and are real easy to talk to if I have any questions. The maintenance has not been a problem the guy is quick to come and takes care of the problem the 1st time !

I absolutely love the staff here, they are soo super helpful! I love my apartment and the maintenance people have been wonderful about getting everything fixed in a timely manner, compared to some apartments that I've lived at in the past ; it would take about a week to get something fixed. I've been here a year now and because of them, I will be signing another year lease. I definitely recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

Lived here less then a month apt is infested with roaches Iv been without hot water for a week now 7days and they refuse to pick up phone calks and return call after I leave msg I would NOT recommend this place to no one this place would need to be condemned and demolish because of how bad the infestation of roaches their everywhere all over the kitchen bathroom I had them in the bed while I was trying to sleep I'm out of here ASAP

I love staying at this apartment complex is very safe and secure don't have any problems since the 3 years I've been living here it's a very comfortable place to live in yes there are a few problems but I think that's anywhere you go no place is perfect. But other then that i don't have no problem at all...

Be very wary of renting here. There are bugs all over this place. We have had an exterminator come out 3 times and there are still bugs! We've also had, at least, 3 mice. They never tried to address the mouse issue. I woke up to 2 dead mice in my apartment and I caught and released the 3rd. Also our toilet is leaking. I requested maintenance 4 days ago and no one has been by to fix it, or even look at it. We've also had a problem with the community. People just allow their children to run wild around here. It wouldn't bother me, but I've caught the kids knocking on my door (trying to make my dogs bark), and trying to look into my apartment (again, the dogs). So please, if any of these things would bother you as a renter, please look elsewhere. I hope this helps anyone thinking of renting here.
