If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The management is not responsive, not professional, and do not appropriately tend to tenet issues. Not only that but upon move in the unit was dirty and had dead roaches everywhere visible and had a pest problem. Both in attempting to lease and in being a tenet they failed to in a timely manner contact me back or either they never called back unless I hounded them. They never fixed maintenance issues and even declined to do so. They said what they were going to do and what they were not going to do. The place was so dirty the burners would smoke just turning them on and the fire alarm would go off. I never got to use the stove while living there. They refused to replace them, only the plates. The pest control never showed up. The walls are so thin and the sealing to the windows are so terrible you can smell when your neighbors are smoking although it is a smoke free apartment. Also, you could hear your neighbors conversations due to those issues. The air conditioner even stopped working and so did the freezer many times. Not only that but they were selective on who they towed. This silver car right at the gate was broken down with spider webs on the wheels and wheels missing and parts of the car missing which are against the policy on the towing addendum but would tow people for barely being over the line. Peoples families would park in reserved spaces and would never get towed, but if the apartment did not like you they would tow your car. Many times I even called the tow company to move a car in my spot and they never showed up, so I a healthcare worker during the pandemic had to park my car on the side of the street at night blocks away and walk to my apartment. Save yourself the trouble and do not lease at these apartments.

I’m a current resident at the Crossing at Berkley Square apartments and I’m extremely pleased with how my apartment unit and location of the complex. Plus the staff and neighbors are fantastic I have not had any issues here and I’m happy to be on my second year of living here.

I live here around 1 year and really enjoy the tranquility and how this place is really quite. I don't remember if I went to the office to remonstrate about anything, around 11 months now living here, I came 11 time once a month to pay rent and nothing more. Come enjoy staying your new home. Our family has lived here for a little while and we have had little to no issues. The staff was very diligent in resolving any problems we had right after move in and did so exceptionally fast. Prices are great for the area and the school district is great. We love it here and would reccomend to anyone interested in the area.

I’ve been in these apartments for about 8 years, moved to different buildings several times because of smoking issues. Besides that these apartments are set in a nice area since you have a lot around them and the neighborhood is friendly.
Location is great for elementary school and close to meyerland plaza

I've been living here for the past 3 years with my 2 daughters, so safe and friendly it's like living next to family. I love this apartment complex.
These are the best apartments ever management are so sweet anything you need they are there for you guys move here and you won’t be disappointed at all.
We moved into this apartment complex in 2014. The location is very convenient with lots of options for fast food and supermarkets in the neighborhood. What we love most about this property are the office staff and the technicians led by Ms. Letty Macias, the property manager. They are very responsive to our needs and make sure that the residents continue to experience a comfortable, peaceful and safe place to live. Check out the place and I'm sure you'll love it the same way we do.
My family and i just moved here last weekend. The process was very easy thanks to kelli. The office staff was very professional and friendly. We looked at several apartment complexes but when we seen this one we fell in love. Our apartment is newly renovated with hardwood floors, new carpet, paint, and appliances. The price for a 2 br was awsome. Its a quiet complex. I havent heard any neighbors or seen anything bad. They work hard to keep this place nice. Thank you again Kelli for making our experience a good one.

I have live at this apartment about 10years I have Love livein here the office managers and maintenance are perfect.Everyone is nice and been helpful in assisting me when something needs repairs they are quick I just wish they offer Senior Citizen Discount. Other then I love my stay here I will stay for 4 more years til I retire.
The Crossings at Berkley Square Apartments has several great qualities that I have personally enjoyed and experienced for several years. The convenient location is minutes away from major shopping centers, malls, schools, restaurants, hospitals, major sporting venues and freeways. The staff is professional and always accesable and maintenance request are resolved quickly. The Apartments are family oriented, quiet, clean and affordable.
I have been living here for about 3 years now. The location is a huge plus factor as you have quick access to stores and banks. Going anywhere is convenient since you have access to two major freeways (610 and 59). The area is also relatively safe, the crime rates are low and I have never felt uneasy living here. Maintenance is quick to respond to service requests and the management office is responsive to your requests. My neighbors are quiet and everyone living here has been friendly and polite. These apartments are cheaper compared to others in the area and although the amenities are not the fanciest, for the price and location, you are getting more than what you are paying for.
I feel secure as a tenant living here love my 1st floor apartment my wife is very happy here , very quiet.
I been here for almost 3 years and its been great. I've had nothing but great service with management. It's a small community I love that it's very quite and we have great neighbors. The manager is awesome she always informs us of everything.
I have been here for almost a year and I love this small complex. The manager is quick to resolve your issues without any hesitation. The complex is small so getting to know your neighbors is not a problem. Living across from the bayou you can only expect the disasters that may happen. We were flooded but the staff was on top of it the minute the complex was accessible. The moved fast to either get us into another place and that is what mattered to my family and myself. I would definitely recommend The Crossing at Berkley Square for people to move too.
I am in love with my community. The staff are very pleasant, and the resident are very nice and friendly. I have been there for 2 years now, and never have I had a rude encounter with staff or resident. It is very quite and nicely keep up. If I ever need anything in a timely matter I can always count on the staff. I would recommend the community to anyone.

The 3 stars are solely for its location. I thought the price was worth it because of the location but it isn't. I can hear everything upstairs and everything from the apartment beside me. I complained and the management apologized but nothing has changed. This community is not quiet due to the very thin wallls. I would not suggest this to anyone.
I give this community 4.5 stars. I have lived here for long time. They have always handled any maintainence request in a timely manner and I just had my apartment upgraded and it looks great. Love the location becauseit is centrally located to med center and quick to get to downtown even on public transportation. It is quiet. The staff and the maintence personnel are friendly and communicate well with tenants and keep the property looking nice. It is one of the well maintained older properties in this area. The only challenge for property is the parking limitation but they are always trying to work it and accomodate. it is good place to live.
