Country Club Towers

Our family of 4 had truly enjoyed residing at the country club towers for a little over 5 years. The view is amazing, and it is very convenient to commute anywhere from this location. Maintenance and staff is almost always available. Definitely worth it!

If you are looking for a really nice, centrally located place to call home; Country Club Towers is an excellent choice. I've lived here for 5 years and 100% chose the Country Club Towers for location, spacious floorplans, and resident amenities. Management and Maintenance are very responsive and work hard to make sure we love calling this home!!! If you choose to call this home, you are super close to the excitement of the strip, not far from Downtown Las Vegas. Close to shopping and really cool, eclectic dining options. The floorplans are very spacious with beautiful upgrades. There is an onsite fitness center that provides everything you need for a good workout and then you can relax in the newly renovated spa. If pickleball is your thing, we have a brand new court to enjoy. The swimming pool is being upgraded and will be amazing when it's complete. The outdoor kitchen is a great resident perk for small get togethers. Have a pet? There is a dog park available for your furry friend. There is secure gated parking and controlled access to the building. Onsite security has been added so that you can feel safe. Overall, County Club Towers is a WIN WIN!! You won't be disappointed if you choose to call this home.

I’ve lived at Country Club Towers for over 5 years, and it’s truly been a great place to call home. The management team is always friendly and professional, and maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently. The property is clean, secure, and well-maintained. One of the best features is the beautiful view—whether it’s the city skyline, mountains, or golf course, it never gets old. It adds a peaceful and relaxing touch to everyday living. I’ve also enjoyed seeing the community grow and improve over the years. The newly added pickleball court has been a fun and active way to unwind and meet other residents. It’s clear that the management is committed to enhancing the living experience here. With great amenities, a peaceful atmosphere, and a view you’ll never get tired of, I highly recommend Country Club Towers for anyone looking for long-term comfort and quality.

Country Club Towers is a hidden gem in Vegas! The views are stunning, the location is super convenient, and the apartments are spacious and beautifully updated. I love the gym, beautiful view, and the peaceful atmosphere. Plus, the staff is friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Once the pool is finished being renovated, I would consider this a 5 star property.

I want to express my great satisfaction as part of one of the tenants of this great building, as I feel at peace for the great tranquility, and more for your safety. Also comment on the genoricity and great attention of its employees and managers , its exciting and relaxing recreational areas , I have been living here for 7 years and I do not think that another better one is better , I love his very relaxing view that he has . Anyway, the Country Club Tower, the best , I recommend it 100%.

I love the Country Club Towers . Its centrally located where you can get to both sides of town easy. The apartments comes with all the items that are needed to live a nice life in a high-rise.The views from the apartments are breathtaking. The staff and management like Jen, the manager and Tara, the assistant manager and Paul, the maintenance manager and Kristie, the general manager which all are fantastic people. They take care of their tenants with the best of care. The underground parking is fantastic for our vehicles. It keeps the vehicles out of the sun and very secure because it’s in a secure parking area with cameras. I highly recommend this high rise for a place to live . It must be pretty good place if i spent over 46 years here at this high rise.

We moved in mid May and application process went very smoothly and leasing staff very professional. Only draw back was access for movers do to onsite construction. Our minor issues in unit were promptly addressed. Overall we love the property and location and could not be happier we chose country club towers as our new home.

I have lived at country club towers for over six years now and I will say it is very clean and well maintained the staff are all very friendly and more than helpful they truly go out of there way to make u feel like u are at home with family .I can't see myself living anywhere else in Vegas since I found this hidden community where everyone is friendly and all get along and truly treat u like family.

I don’t think I could ever say enough good things about the management of this building. Truly. The manager herself is a Godsend, seriously. Friendly, accommodating AND funny! The maintenance team? Impeccable, friendly, respectful and reliable. I once thought this place would be a temporary place to stay, and very quickly realized it became a home. It takes a village and this village is my favorite so far.

Where to start... * "All are soundproofed" -- These apartments have paper thin walls. You will literally hear any and all activity from your upstairs neighbor. You will hear anything that they drop on the floor, you will even hear them walking. * Within 2 months, had several plumbing issues. Sinks just randomly clog and SMELL AWFUL. Had a leak of URINE THROUGH the ceiling. This apartment building is ancient. * I signed a contract that had a non-smoking clause, but they have apartments surrounded by smokers, which wouldn't be a problem if the ventilation wasn't shared. * The managers have no idea what they're doing. They have no initiative of fixing any issue and their only priority is collecting rent. They honey potted us by choosing an apartment with no residents living above us and then within a month had someone move in.
