The apartment is beautiful with high end finishes and appliances. Very quiet and I never hear my neighbors. Also, all my neighbors that I run into have been very friendly! Which is rare. I have met so many people that have been here since they opened.

Constellation is located in the down town Summerlin area, with lots of shops and restaurants, it is a really nice place to live, its very quite, clean and inviting, I love living here, management team and maintenance team is so easy to communicate with, they are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable ,

Horrible and management is doing a bad job. Residents are getting fed up and we will act accordingly to higher ups to get change back to this place like previous management companies had here

Beautiful apartments. Office and maintenance staff are exceptional! Quiet community. Beautiful pool and spa. Great gym. The landscaping is beautiful and well maintained. I've met a lot of my neighbors that have been here since it was built. That says a lot! Highly recommend!

My move into Apartments Constellation has been a great experience. The application process was smooth, and all of my questions were answered promptly. The location and price are ideal, and the staff has gone above and beyond to help with my cable, gas, and even placing packages in my apartment while I was away. The apartment is beautiful—quiet, spacious, and affordable compared to my last place on the East Coast. The amenities and location are fantastic. I've been here a couple of months, and everything has been great so far. I highly recommend applying if you're looking for a new home!

This is THE NICEST apartment community in Summerlin. The community is quiet, well maintained, and safe. The management, specifically Sofie and Marina, are always extremely helpful and go above and beyond to help residents in any way that they can. They even organize community events to help residents get to know/mingle with others in the community. The units themselves are beautiful. We are in the two bedroom/loft layout and absolutely love it. It is so spacious, modern, and luxurious. We frequently walk to the beautiful park across the street, walk to downtown Summerlin for coffee, or enjoy the beautiful pool/spa area. Our one and only complaint is that there are no elevators, but honestly who cares. Overall we are thrilled with our experience living at Constellation and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to move to Summerlin.

I think I would recommend this apartment for someone that is new to town. It seems like it would be the perfect place to build a community.
Constellation is simply an amazing community! I can see why the vacancy rate is so low, there would be no reason to leave! The front office staff were incredibly warm and friendly and their willingness to assist and answer questions went above and beyond. They were truly reflective of what Constellation stands for.

So far everything has been very awesome. Move in was simple. The apartment was spotless. Couple of maintenance issues that were handled within an hour.

I believe in running any project when it comes to apartments or leases rigidly. But I don’t believe in senseless rigidity. I believe it to be senseless rigidity that we cannot smoke on our patio. Or to smoke prescribe marijuana as I am a cancer patient. Consequently I believe it to be senseless rigidity. It does nobody any good!
The apartments are new, nice and in great condition. I also love the amenities and the area is unbeatable in Summerlin.
