I recently moved in two weeks ago and I have a lot of positives. The office staff and maintenance are great they do well with communicating. Ms. Diane is amazing and makes this place feel like your new home and is super helpful and transparent throughout the whole process. I did have some issues with my apartments upon moving in and all the issues were fixed within a weeks notice and since then it’s been smooth sailing. In my opinion it’s rare to come across an apartment community like this in the Houston area. The community is quiet and clean. It’s very easy to walk around and get some steps in and feel safe here. It’s been great so far and I can’t wait to see how it continues.

The worst apartment I have ever lived in!!! First moved in and was told the apartment was cleaned but that was wrong. The unit had an ant and flea infestation on top of dirty floors. Had to prove that there was ants and fleas everywhere because they didn't believe me nor took it as a important concern in my opinion. No urgency at all! Took 2 months for them to fix the problem where I had to throw away my own funiture and items during the process. Next problem is the AC/heat in the unit is horrible. Always breaks when you need it. Constantly putting in work orders to fix the AC because no cool air is coming through the vents or no actually air blowing. During the winter, its the same thing with the heat. No overall urgency to fix issues. I am charged extra in my rent to have an electric dead bolt. Upon move-in the current one on the door was not working. Asked for a replacement and didn't receive my replacement until 7 months in my lease but my rent wasn't reduced due to the lack of the product the entire time. Microwave had an issue upon move-in and wasnt fixed until 3 months in my lease. Current problem before my lease ends is I have been without AC in my unit for a week now. All I was given was a window AC unit for my bedroom that only cools my bedroom while the rest of my unit is 85 degrees. I would never recommend anyone to move into this complex. They offer very little for the all the problems they constantly have.
My experience has been excellent I would definitely recommend feels like home.
The community is family friendly and everyone seems to respect each other. Of late, we have a few that believe party's all night long is their right but management has been on top of those abusing the quiet time. I love the landscaping but believe a few trees should be removed to allow even a few more parking spots.
I have enjoyed living at the Concord at Allendale property.
I like that it is calm and quite here.
When I first moved the complex was super quiet and I had no issues. After 3 months the complex would add fees out of the blue. They charge you for everything even if you don’t use the amenities. They don’t even have a gym. It’s one way in and one way out. There is no walk through gate by the exit so visitors will have to walk all the way around. There’s a train station right behind the apartments that keep you up all night. Not to mention the 20 ambulances that pass by any given time of the night. The location does not equal the pay. You’re better off buying a home.
Concord at Allendale is located in an area that is easily accessible to many highways. Close enough to downtown for work. Quick drive to Galveston. Lots of shopping within a few miles in all directions. Renters are respective. Many have children but they respect their neighbors during quiet times.
I love it over there . They so quiet .They located up the street from my job .
So far so good no complaints and the staff was nice. I love the landscaping and the maintenance men do a good job responding to work orders and keeping up with the community!!

I love that i see all kinds of races here. So far everyone is friendly and to themselves. I LOVE LOVE to see people walking their dog/s on a leash and picking up the mess lol !
It is the best apartment complex in the area with only couple of issues: not enough parking space, not enough dumpers, and some irresponsible tenants that dont clean up after their pets. But by far, it is the best in the area

I noticed my AC unit stayed on and on but never thought anything about it bc I thought it was hot outside, the next morning I received a call from the apts' manager and letting me know that one of the apts' maintenance personal noticed that it was an issue with my AC unit and he was going to fix it. The fact that the maintenance personal saw the problem and took the initiative to take care of the problem without me have to report it, shows how much they care. I'm very satisfied with the work they've done.
Great place to live! spacious, friendly office staff, efficient maintenance crew, and great neighbors.
Great place to move into Quiet Never have issues
Concord at Allendale would be a great place to live if they expanded their parking I have been there for a year and that's my main complaint there's NEVER any parking when I come home late from work. The apartments are extremely spacious biggest floor plan I've seen thus far !
