This is a nice and newer community that I find refreshing to live in. I like the newer amenities and the convenience of the property location which is in the middle of everything you can have access to such as roadways, your local markets, restaurants and services. This is what attracted me to this wonderful property.
COOP Farmers Market is a clean building in a convenient location. The leasing and maintenance staff are professional, timely, and willing to accommodate the residents’s requests. The day of my move in I was helped greatly by the leasing and maintenance staff. They went above and beyond and I truly appreciate it. The complex is very clean, the halls are vacuumed often, parking lot is clean, the complex is quiet. Highly recommend. The apartment units are spacious, updated, and offer a sleek, modern look, with updated appliances.
