Property Ratings at Circuit
The property is not well-kept, quite frankly it is filthy. You will pay for amenities that you basically cannot use. For instance, the gym is in HORRIBLE condition: over half of the free weights are missing, 90% of the machines are broken. There’s no space to actually workout. The staff is average. Upon move in, please be prepared to figure out everything on your own. No welcome packet. They do not ensure that residents are able to access their buildings or just made aware of anything in general. Roach infested! If they cleaned the property (especially the hallways) that would probably help! Overall, they could just do better by their rent paying tenants.

We moved in a month ago and we are very comfortable in our apartment. It is the perfect size and the apartment looks clean and well kept. Staff helped me to the T with the paperwork process and I appreciate the help!

It’s dirty. So very dirty. The stairwells, the hallways, the trash room, the bridges, the parking garage, even the pool, just dirty. Redeeming qualities: location and price (specifically for the unit not including amenities or anything else). Though with how dirty it is everytime I step out of my apartment, the redeeming qualities waver. There’s so much potential with a good manager and consistent staff….
I can't currently recommend people live at this complex
There is room for improvement. I receive the emails regarding the rules yet continue to see animal urine in the elevator, trash in the hallways and gates propped open.
Nice clean, community with friendly staff in the right location. The apt I toured and applied for is on point. I think I’m going to enjoy living here!

The leasing process was super easy and hassle free. I toured and within the same day I applied, got approved the next business day and signed my lease within 4 days! I have never had a fast experience like that before.

This is not a property that cares. They would rather meet quotas instead of moving tenants here that would make the apartment a better environment and community. The experience living here has been horrible! I have watched this community go down the drain. No one cares like they seem. Reviews do not matter because if they did, you would actually see change. One of the new lease consultants told me something about my lease for my dog being on, which made me feel like they wanted to do better, then I saw him allow someone else’s dog to walk right past him. I knew it was something personal to me and not professional to everyone. If you’re going to enforce something, enforce it to everyone. Don’t be selective. Make the community better for all residents!
Walls and floors are disgusting. Roaches and rats, not a fan. Pest control doesn’t spray monthly despite paying for it. Leasing office has high turnover

Despite constant changes in staff, management, and maintenance, Circuit is improving. Hopefully, this community will find stability. for the first time in 3 years of living here, valet trash service is being performed (despite paying for it when it wasn't), the upper levels receive hallway cleaning now when it has only been the 1st floor for a while, the trash room isn't spilling over and attracting rats, and the office staff was replaced thankfully and they are much more pleasant.

Great maintenance staff. Front desk staff and management need to be trained properly. Typical City apartment complex. Fairly clean and quiet. Amenities could be upgraded.

My application process was an absolute nightmare. It took 3 weeks to complete everything, and I had to resend things 3-4 times. They waited until the 30th knowing I had to be out of my apartment by the 31st to tell me I didn't get approved for the program I applied for and had to rent at regular price. Had they not waited until 1 day before I had to move out I would have been able to go elsewhere. Within the first week of living here my packages were stolen out of the mail room. Gym finally reopened and most machines don't work. The grills do not work, firepit does not work, lighting does not work and the pool itself looks like it hasn't had a cleaning/ PH testing in MONTHS. Also, when it rains the units smell like sewer in the bathroom. Everybody in the office has a horrible attitude MINUS the manager Kaci who is carrying this entire team. It seems like all the residents give the staff a hard time and I'm sure she deals with so much and feel she needs a raise

Some of the agents in the leasing office are very rude and say childish remarks to residents to get a rise out of them. There are two in particular that anytime i call, they give me attitude or hang up. Most of my maintenance requests have been ignored too, along with all of the issues i marked on my move-in checklist

Moving into our new apartment downtown has been one of the best decisions my fiancé and I have made. The location is fantastic, with everything we need just steps away—restaurants, shops, and entertainment are all within walking distance. It’s made date nights so much more convenient and enjoyable!

The apartment community is cool. Don’t really be home much but when I am I speak to all my neighbors. Only thing I’m not happy with is the gym being closed since I’ve been living here and the leasing office keep saying next month next month it will be opened and I’m still waiting!!!

Not being able to use the gym sucks. It’s dirty everywhere. Roaches and stains etc. it’s gross. Wish there was better maintenance of the property
Great location, incredible staff that is timely and very helpful. Amenities are top notch including Gym and Pool. You Can’t beat the price for quality and neighborhood

My experience for the last two years has been bad for me, the condition was so bad that it effected my health, now am getting asthma shots and allergy shots because of the smell and garbage and roaches… I’ve had a lot of repairs and thank god it’s much better, still roaches and open tickets to be addressed

Very nice and pleasant neighbors, always speaking and offering to assist on anything. There’s one staff in particular that can always be dependent on. Her name is Caleb. She’s a very sweet young woman. She’s always kind and she’s helpful.

i love the apartment itself and Torey has been beyond great but we have had multiple packages stolen (and the package room needs some serious TLC as people dont pick up their packages, we get no notification that anything has been delivered and most carriers dont provide us with a code to get in so we have to go to the front desk every time to get a code to get in), the gym has still not opened (one of the amenities that sold us on the place), and the hallways consistatnly smell of garbage becuase the trash room is not emptied enough. Overall, I do like the place because the apartment is very nice, the AC is great, there is an ample amount of space and parking but the other things are the reason i didnt give it more than 3 stars.

Security concerns are major here. Universal gate code, air bnb units and parking for games. service is okay. i know this is a hard job but friendliness is important and kayla is just not customer service material

If this place could get zero stars, it would. Do not live here. I’ve dealt with these people for 4 years. Longer than the people at that office have worked there. Management could care less about the property. Things are always broken and left unresolved, work orders take 3 or 4 years to get fixed. I had a simple ice machine issue and after 4 years of constantly asking to get fixed, was never fixed that I had to move to another unit to be able to get a working ice machine. Trash is hardly picked up around the property and trash bin are hardly ever emptied out but management loves to blames the residents for that… They claim over the past year there’s been improvements but coming from a person that’s been here longer than them, this property has decreased in improvements… management want to claim they fixed so many things once they got here but yet gates are still broken, gate doors have no handles, homeless people in and out of the garage. They charge pest control fees and I’m sure they have a contract with someone and I’ve seen them come out here once in the last 3 years. I’ve seen rats in halls, staircases. Their excuse is we live in the city….. that’s no excuse. I could have easily moved out by now, but I shouldn’t have to leave, circuit apartment just needs to do better. This is not luxury living, so if that’s what you’re looking for, try somewhere else. NOTE TO PROPERTY: Please save your response because y’all NEVER answer the office phone or emails. So keep that “please contact us to make this better” BS to yourself.

Love it but the elevator not working limits a lot of access to some. And the fire alarms going off randomly for days really got my crazy going.

The staff is very friendly and helps me with my office needs. However, the apartment complex is filthy and it's embarrassing that SO many things are broken or INOP: Gym, 2 outside doors, elevators...

My move in experience was sub par. So many things in my new apartment needed to be done. This apartment was NOT CLEANED prior to my move in. Nor was it made ready by the maintenance crew. I had cabinets doors on the floor, broken blinds, reeked of weed, plumbing fixtures were ALL clogged. Fire alarms/ smoke alarms were not installed, there is so much more I could name. The amount of disappointment had made this place infuriating. Please do better Circuit.

I recently walked into circuit and was blown away by the property and how professional David was. David was prompt with telephone calls and email responses. I felt right at home! Don’t let the allure of living close to everything blind you into thinking Circuit is anything but a dumpster fire. The office staff are ill informed and uncommunicative, the maintenance staff barely know what a screwdriver is, and there are so many cockroaches, one would think it’s some kind of lab. Please, for your own sake, live anywhere else.

Would not recommend living here at all. Serious pest issues with no solution in sight. A/C and heating are continuously not in commission. Electrical sockets always jamming, it’s a complete mess. Leadership issues where you’re not able to get in contact with management by phone or person. I can go on and on with the issues going on here, please save your money and look for elsewhere.
