don’t walk… RUN AWAY from this place. Where do I start? The mold? The car break ins? The roaches? The horrible management/ communication? The negligent maintenance? The getting charged a whole months rent AFTER my lease ended? This place is complete TRASH. All they care about is taking your money. They couldn’t care less about the safety of residents. Any and every problem brought to their attention, they disregarded. DO NOT MOVE HERE unless you want constant bugs, mold, to waste your money, or to hurt your mental health. One of the worst years of my life.

Maintenance doesn’t work on sundays or ever my ceiling is leaking it’s a saturday night. The leasing office is evicting people to move in new tenants. THEY RAISED THE RENT WITH NOOOOO WARNING. It’s not worth the price at all. i’ve been here for a year and i will be moving out as soon as my lease is up.

This place is horrible since management change. Roaches, bad management, just an overall horrible place to live and they have the nerve to go up on rent. DO NOT COME HERE

Horrible place to live since management change. Girl shot in her own apartment through the window by people she did not know. Apartment complex responded by reminding us our safety was our own responsibility. Office staff is rude, unhelpful, and disrespectful.

Do not, I say again do not waste your money living here. There’s no security so your car will be stolen and broken into. You will never be warned when someone has been shot. Supposedly there’s security but you’ll never see anyone walking or driving around. There are fake cameras so don’t expect any footage. Management is no help at all so don’t waste your breath complaining. They do not care!!!!!!!!!!

Infested with roaches, maintenance is horrible, cars get broken into every night and management doesn’t do anything to help prevent it! They also have ridiculous random fees. Keep your peace and move elsewhere!

Horrible communication, maintenance is always backed up for several months, some of the units are infested with mold, the outside of the complex is very trashy and spider webs every where. I’m warning you now look for another place!

This is the worst apartment complex, the management clearly does not know how to manage a property and the property management company does not respond! I have had a broken toilet, drains clogged, roaches, my door does not lock and maintenance will not come! This is the worst experience and this place needs to be condemned! It’s run down, dirty, and absolutely disgusting!!!

I’ve had issues nonstop since new management has been here at Auden. Let’s just say don’t believe everything someone tell you. The trash is always over flowing I’ve seen possums in the trash before as well. There’s constant roaches and bugs everywhere no matter how many times pest control comes. Spiders / spider webs are all in the hall way as well as flying beetle’s. I have roaches in my light fixtures which creeped me out. It sometimes smells like sewage through my air vents and even outside it can be worse. The gates always broken. People care constantly get broken in to and there’s literally nothing they’ll do about it . My boyfriend got towed and and he live here and they did nothing about it. I literally had to cuss them out in order to get maintenance to fix things that just kept falling apart. I can’t wait to move out this month . It’s so bad they barely got any lease renewals. And let me just say this if you’re looking for someone who is understanding from time to time Gladis the property manager will not . She does not care all she cares about is getting people in and signing leases.

Trey and Tiffany both are very caring and helpful. Work order are always completed on time. Keep it up :)

My Move in was very easy! The office was very nice and helped me solve the problems I had. There was no holes and anything the apartment is perfect. I’ve been here for a month and love it so far

Unsafe environment, cars have been broken into almost every other week. A whole lot of false advertisement the electricity is not included and they charge you for every little fee.

I've lived here for a year, and the property manager and office staff are so much friendlier than any others I've encountered. If you have a problem, they listen and come to a fast solution for you! Grateful for that.

The Management here has been completely unable to fix any issues unless threatened. My friend had sewage coming up through his pipes and he had to write a letter and mail it to them with notice that his lease would be voided legally unless they could fix the issue immediately. They then finally fixed the issue, but didn't get his hot water fixed. He has repeated the same process with the fire alarms not working, and repairs that were simply covered with plywood, because that's what it takes to get something fixed around here. On top of all this the apartment can't keep their phone lines connected, seeing as the numbers they provide are always busy or not in service.

PLEASE DO NOT MOVE INTO SAVOY APPARTMENTS !!!!!!!!! #College students DNT MOVE HERE This is just a fair warning theses apartments are very unorganized and very Unprofessional ppl come to these apartments just to break in to cars my car was broken into twice and the office just acts nonchalant about it as if it happens all the time ..... there is gang and violence with in the gates of the complex the inside of the apartments don’t match the price !!!! There is always trash everywhere on the outside EVERYWHERE!!!!! The maintenance is very old and outdated the residence whom live there are very hood and dirty !!!!! I’ve been here for 6 months already I moved to Houston to attend TSU soo I thought these apartments would be ok to live in since its right up the street from my school but it has been HELL living here I Dnt do reviews usually but when I do it’s because it’s actually that bad ..... the surrounding area of the apartment is TRASH if you are a good decent person I definitely would NOT recommend the savoy Appartments!!!!!!!!!

Lived at Savoy for a year and half after I moved to Houston. It’s in a great location and you get a lot of space for your money— but that’s it. The grounds are kept very dirty, bugs were a huge problem, and the interior was super outdated. In the time I was there my AC broke, my door panel broke, my refrigerator broke, I had maintenance come clean my vents because they were gross and there was probably more. It was always hard to find parking— I sometimes had to park on the other side of the building. There were burglaries and one time on my way to work I noticed someone hit my car. Of course they left no note and there’s no security so nothing could be done. Again, only move here if you have to!

DO NOT LIVE HERE. Very dirty, unsafe and EXPENSIVE. Live anyone else but here. Trash everywhere, breakins, people constantly blasting music and everything else that defines a terrible apartment.

Management is incompetent, lease is filled with holes so that they can charge you more on a monthly basis. Complex is very dirty and not well managed. Appliances in apartment are VERY old and do not work well. Large packs of stray cats that wander. Majority of tenants are very disgusting - regular parties in the parking lot for some reason. People love to park their cars and blast music for long periods of time. Security is non-existent. Maintenance sucks. TLDR: do not live here if you're not an undergrad at TSU and have absolutely nowhere else to live. Rent is far more expensive than it should be - much nicer placers in better parts of town for less money. DO NOT LIVE HERE.

I lived in savoy for 6 months.. The people that worked in the office were rude and a one bedroom is over priced.. The gate was always broke and the lights in the stairwell were ALWAYS out.. my AC stopped working and it took 2 weeks for them to come fix it.. It's okay as far as space but if your looking for a one bedroom you will be wasting you money

Move here only If need be. I have been here two years and it's one things after another. From new management every six months to lazy maintenance and grounds keeping. The noise is so bad a police officer living here can't even get his neighbors to be quiet. My dishwasher is broken till move out day today and my tub has never ran a bath only shower till this day. These people want 820 for a 500 sq ft apartment!

The new management staff is very friendly! The location of the complex is just minutes away from both neighboring universities & 15 minutes from the Houston Galleria. But I just could care less for the bug problems! Kind of annoying.

This apartment complex is great, luv the ammenties are what I need. The location is good as well.
