We have lived here for the past 5yrs, great place to live with excellent commute to all downtown attractions. Friendly neighbors and lots of construction going on, very up and coming neighborhood.

A shop on my street was robbed last week, and the owner was shot in the leg. There are homeless people on every street. People are often visibly intoxicated. I do not walk outside after dark in my neighborhood, and outside of that, never alone.

It is easy to find a job as a server or bartender, and most of my friends work in the service industry while going to school.
