Broadstone Toscano

Something is always broken in the complex, if it isn’t the elevators it’s the Amazon lockers, then it’s the doors, even the opening and exit gates! The hallways remain dirty and the parking on the first floor needs to be able to park every first floor resident! This community needs better upkeep all around.

Great stay so far. Easy move in amenities are nice parking garage is locked and secured only thing that is a disadvantage is the service of phone inside the apartment is bad

I have been living at Broadstone for a month now. The move-in process was super smooth. Clinton helped me a lot. I have no complaints so far. The apartment was clean. The overall complex is quiet and safe.

I’ve really enjoyed living in this apartment community over the past year. The location is convenient, with easy access to grocery stores, restaurants, and public transportation, which makes daily life much easier. The staff and management team are friendly, responsive, and professional—they always address maintenance requests quickly and keep the property well maintained. The common areas, such as the fitness center, pool, and lounge, are clean and inviting, and they add real value to the overall living experience. My neighbors have been respectful and quiet, which makes the community feel safe and comfortable. Parking is generally available and secure, which I appreciate. The only small downside is that rent has increased slightly, but the quality of the amenities and service justifies it. Overall, I would definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for a comfortable, modern, and reliable place to live.

Over all things have been ok. Other than gates constantly being broken, or stuck open. Office staff is friendly as well as the maintenance crew

Overall, I have really enjoyed living here. It's peaceful, I haven't had any internal issues with my unit, and I love the convenience of the location. Thankful to have found this complex!

Management takes a while to respond to service requests. Overall clean, well maintained, and good maintenance staff. Some concerns with package theft, but new Amazon Prime lockers have been installed.

The service help to resolve the sink issue. That helps me a lot, and solved immediately. Thank you so much!

The apartment is spacious with lots of storage and free amenities. The staff has been professional, courteous and accommodating. I had an issue with gnats upon move in day and the staff sent an exterminator the same day. I do feel as if management should have offered me at least $50 off rent for the inconvenience. Overall I'm enjoying the apartment and have lots of space for my furniture and belongings.

Maintenance team is very professional and Sergio is a wonderful person!

Close to TMC with a shuttle service to various locations inside the medical center. Apartments are well maintained with a extremely responsive maintainence team.

I’ve had a great time here. The only thing is the pools are not clean sometimes and the gates are always broken! Other than that I really love my unit and the maintenant people are always very helpful.

As of living here for the last 2 weeks I have no complaints. The staff is friendly, the complex is cleaned regularly, pest control is effective, trash service is reliable, etc. If you are looking for a safe, well managed community near the Med Center, give this complex a look.

Great community, the staff is always kind and helpful. Amenities are awesome! The business center with internet is super helpful and accommodating. I love the option of the three different pools. Maintenance is always on top of any repairs. The apartment areas are all well maintained.

The application process was quick and efficient. The grounds are very beautiful and inviting. I am impressed with the amenities and will find them useful.

Good place to live. A bit noisy every now and then and the hallway floors get kind of dirty but they clean them every couple weeks I think. For the price it is definitely worth it overall.

My Family and I moved in November 2024. I don’t have any complaints. I know with living anywhere you experience minor and major setbacks. However, broadstone continues to communicate with its residents about any issues. I still feel welcomed by the staff and community. I love it here.

I think it is a nice place to live. I have been here for going into my third lease and I don’t have any major complaints from this apartment complex. Maintenance comes in a timely manner, things are clean and clear. Lots of activities for the residents.

Since moving to this apartment I have not had any major problems to where I'm ready to move out. The staff is very welcoming with me every time I walk by.

Quiet community. I actually like my current experience. There are certain things that don’t work properly yet, but I am glad that they keep us updated with the work orders. Love my apartment. The space is great and met some neighbors that are nice and helpful.

I’ve really enjoyed being a resident here! Would definitely recommend to students needing to be located near the med center, the shuttle is such an amazing option as well!

Over this is a good place to live but there are some stuff they could work on. The overflow of trash, pest issues in the garage, hallways and units. For this to be a gated community, the gates get broken a lot and for us to have to use the app or the key fob, a lot of the doors are broken and kept propped open which defeats the purpose of having the safety level.

Living here has been an positive experience for me. The apartment itself has been well-maintained and functional. The amenities available have really enhanced my living experience. One of the things I value the most is the communication with the management team. They informed about any updates or changes. Overall, I’m very happy with my decision to live here. The location is convenient, the atmosphere is relaxed, and I feel at home. I would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed living space.

I have been a tenant for 3 years and have become extremely unsatisfied within the past 2 years. - Property fire alarm goes off every 4-6 months randomly at night (tonight it was 9:30 am… other times it has been at 2 or 3 am). - Water and electricity are connected within the units, so with the threat of an impeding storm - it's best to get out as soon as possible. - The front office is difficult to reach by phone during the day. - Noise complaints are medicorely handled and not properly documented for evidence. If you have a complaint against your neighbor, then you will be suggested to move units AND pay a higher price to do so. - No courtesy officer, so overnight emergencies or noise complaints DO NOT get handled. You're told to call the police, which Houston PD do not come out to resolve noise complaints (tried that twice to no avail). - Shady looking characters have been moving in by the doves or living across the street. - Food trucks stopped coming. Tenant events are scarce. Apartment-wide communication such as, newsletters stopped happening my 2nd year here as well. - Sometimes dog owners keep their animals on a lease, sometimes they don't including pit bulls. If you see an owner do that, it is extremely difficult to track who it may be without looking like a stalker yourself. - Broken equipment around the pool and it is not routinely cleaned. - Expensive. We're paying for location, but other than that - the price does not add up to the amentities. Positive - Plenty of parking. - Maintenance men are pleasant and will continue to work on your maintenance request until the job is completed especially the air conditioner, no more what the time. - Office personnel are friendly and at least attempt to handle your issues within a timely manner even if the outcome may not be to your satisfication. I can't wait to move out once my lease ends in April, but I am strongly considering breaking the lease for peace of mind. Save your money and don’t rent here.

Probably the best apartment complex for the price. There are some shortcomings and management are not consistently good all the time. But not bad at all. Overall highly satisfied.

Good experience. Can be more clean and security is sometimes not the best. But has been a good experience. Package delivery should be improved because there are too many lost packages.

I would definitely give the customer service & amenities 5 stars! My only concern is the lack of security cameras in the parking garage. This creates opportunities for theft. Many cars have been found with all 4 tires stolen & left on bricks. For the amount of rent charged, residents should not have this issue. I am, however, thankful for the recent improvements to lighting in the garage.

The room is large and cozy, and the public spaces are great! I especially like the lobby and coffee station. The swimming pool and the gym are very popular though they are a bit far from my unit.

It has been really nice!!! Responses to repairs happens pretty quick and Yenny and Clinton in the leasing office are GREAT!!! I have been here for 3 years and really like my apartment, my patio, and all the amenities offered.
