Just moved in on October 18, I love this property. It has everything that I’ve been looking for and I’m recommending it to all of my friends and family.

Maintenance workers and staff are friendly, community is kept clean and tidy, and it's located in a good area. Some of the treadmills in the gym have been broken for months, but other than that when something breaks, it's taken care of in a pretty timely manner.

The apartment complex is in a nice neighborhood, nice view and maintenance staff are helpful.units vary in sizes so it is suitable for any number of tenants. The only problem is the internet provider which is At&T which is not good and limits us to use better providers

As the first time homeowner, I really like brawling Tuscano it’s a welcoming environment. I’ve had no issues since I’ve been here and I plan on renewing my lease.

The place is great but there is ALOT of noise outside and even from neighbors. You can hear everything through the walls and doors. Overall the staff and the amenities are great!

The apartment has good environment, good location, the sound isolation is good and it has lots of amenities. And the price is very reasonable here.

It’s a good place to live overall, however there is no openness to negotiation, and the elevators just never work properly. No noise, no smoke, which is great.

For some reason this place is amazing this far. I love the fact that it’s not a lot of noise and everyone that I have came across is pleasant. The staffs are patient and sweet and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better move in like this.

Love living here! Glad to be a resident for several years at this point. No complaints. Leasing office personnel are always kind and understanding.

Something is always broken in the complex, if it isn’t the elevators it’s the Amazon lockers, then it’s the doors, even the opening and exit gates! The hallways remain dirty and the parking on the first floor needs to be able to park every first floor resident! This community needs better upkeep all around.

Great stay so far. Easy move in amenities are nice parking garage is locked and secured only thing that is a disadvantage is the service of phone inside the apartment is bad

I have been living at Broadstone for a month now. The move-in process was super smooth. Clinton helped me a lot. I have no complaints so far. The apartment was clean. The overall complex is quiet and safe.

I’ve really enjoyed living in this apartment community over the past year. The location is convenient, with easy access to grocery stores, restaurants, and public transportation, which makes daily life much easier. The staff and management team are friendly, responsive, and professional—they always address maintenance requests quickly and keep the property well maintained. The common areas, such as the fitness center, pool, and lounge, are clean and inviting, and they add real value to the overall living experience. My neighbors have been respectful and quiet, which makes the community feel safe and comfortable. Parking is generally available and secure, which I appreciate. The only small downside is that rent has increased slightly, but the quality of the amenities and service justifies it. Overall, I would definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for a comfortable, modern, and reliable place to live.

Over all things have been ok. Other than gates constantly being broken, or stuck open. Office staff is friendly as well as the maintenance crew

Overall, I have really enjoyed living here. It's peaceful, I haven't had any internal issues with my unit, and I love the convenience of the location. Thankful to have found this complex!

Management takes a while to respond to service requests. Overall clean, well maintained, and good maintenance staff. Some concerns with package theft, but new Amazon Prime lockers have been installed.

The service help to resolve the sink issue. That helps me a lot, and solved immediately. Thank you so much!

The apartment is spacious with lots of storage and free amenities. The staff has been professional, courteous and accommodating. I had an issue with gnats upon move in day and the staff sent an exterminator the same day. I do feel as if management should have offered me at least $50 off rent for the inconvenience. Overall I'm enjoying the apartment and have lots of space for my furniture and belongings.

Maintenance team is very professional and Sergio is a wonderful person!

Close to TMC with a shuttle service to various locations inside the medical center. Apartments are well maintained with a extremely responsive maintainence team.

So far so good ? Just moved in and enjoying the space. The amenities are very nice and everything feels really secure. Big fan of the phone key access.

I’ve had a great time here. The only thing is the pools are not clean sometimes and the gates are always broken! Other than that I really love my unit and the maintenant people are always very helpful.

As of living here for the last 2 weeks I have no complaints. The staff is friendly, the complex is cleaned regularly, pest control is effective, trash service is reliable, etc. If you are looking for a safe, well managed community near the Med Center, give this complex a look.

Great community, the staff is always kind and helpful. Amenities are awesome! The business center with internet is super helpful and accommodating. I love the option of the three different pools. Maintenance is always on top of any repairs. The apartment areas are all well maintained.

The application process was quick and efficient. The grounds are very beautiful and inviting. I am impressed with the amenities and will find them useful.

Good place to live. A bit noisy every now and then and the hallway floors get kind of dirty but they clean them every couple weeks I think. For the price it is definitely worth it overall.

My Family and I moved in November 2024. I don’t have any complaints. I know with living anywhere you experience minor and major setbacks. However, broadstone continues to communicate with its residents about any issues. I still feel welcomed by the staff and community. I love it here.

I think it is a nice place to live. I have been here for going into my third lease and I don’t have any major complaints from this apartment complex. Maintenance comes in a timely manner, things are clean and clear. Lots of activities for the residents.

Since moving to this apartment I have not had any major problems to where I'm ready to move out. The staff is very welcoming with me every time I walk by.

Quiet community. I actually like my current experience. There are certain things that don’t work properly yet, but I am glad that they keep us updated with the work orders. Love my apartment. The space is great and met some neighbors that are nice and helpful.

I’ve really enjoyed being a resident here! Would definitely recommend to students needing to be located near the med center, the shuttle is such an amazing option as well!
