Broadstone Oliver is a gorgeous community. The property is immaculate and the leasing agents are very friendly and accommodating. It is very close to tons of great restaurants and everything one could need as far as shopping. It is very conveniently located (5 minute drive) to downtown Houston, and close to all the local parks and recreation areas. Also very close to The Heights and Memorial, and easy to get to other areas of the city, such as River Oaks and The Galleria.

While the Broadstone Oliver has beautiful apartment units and nice amenities, there are a few issues that aren’t communicated straight up, including the fact that there is an ant problem throughout the property.

These brand new apartments have delivered on service and quality since day one. I love brand new stainless steel Samsung appliances that are in all units and the free electric vehicle charging is a HUGE plus for me. Thanks to the entire leasing staff for a smooth process and shout out to Jessica and Chandler for being my main go to people with any and all issues (yall are so patient :)) highly recommend!!!!
