When I moved into the apartment being the first tenant in a new building, I expected a few issues but I think I only had one and that for hot water. It was resolved in a couple of hours. Other issues that have occurred have been resolved very promptly. Peaceful, nice to come home and relax. The staff are amazing. Even the lifts are climate controlled. I love this place.

The tour that I had was great. The application process was smooth and easy. I love how communicative the property staff have been about everything.
