Great looking apartments with a hidden problem.The constant defecating of ducks on our washed cars ,staircases and passage is ridiculous.The lonely neighbours who have adopted these nuisance birds by feeding them is a constant problem because they return to that area consistently.Neigbhors that want a pet should go to SPCA and adopt a dog or a cat not a freaking wild duck.The solution to this problem is to buy a few fox decoys to be placed in areas frequented by these pest to scare them away humanely.Unless maintenance is willing to power wash staircases and passways defacated on every day.Apart from this issue ,the apartment is Great.

The cats and duck are highly overwhelming and unsanitary. Parking needs to be fair rather than having to walk from one side of the complex to the other after a long day of work because there are no spaces due to vistors who do not live here

We’ve been here for about 4 years, never really had an issue just one complaint from a downstairs neighbor when our dog was little (he got zoomies so he often made noise). Maintenance is good, never really needed the office for anything but when I rarely do they’re there to respond. Great over all.

With my first visit to the leasing office, l felt like this was my new home. I was greeted by Raden and walked through the process of applying for a 3 bedroom apartment. He answered all of my questions whether they were via phone or email.After moving in, l immediately was greeted by the maintenance representative Maurice. He quickly answered any questions and came in to take care of any move in issues and service needs. The entire staff of Brisa that l have communicated with have been welcoming and made this move in experience excellent. Clean and quiet community. I am excited about our new home.

It’s a very nice complex overall, with better maintenance, management, cleanliness, and amenities compared to many other places. However, the main concern is security. There’s no visible security patrol, especially during nighttime, which creates a sense of vulnerability. Improving security presence—particularly after dark—would make a big difference. Once, someone tried to break into our apartment by tampering with the door lock. On another occasion, there was an attempted car theft—someone smashed my car window and damaged the ignition while trying to steal it. They caused significant damage, but luckily, they failed and fled the scene.

Near several services in the neighborhood. The community is nice, clean, quiet and safe so far. The staff is very friendly and make you feel at home .My pet enjoys the community as well??

My experience as a resident has been largely positive. The community is friendly, the property is well-maintained, and management has been responsive to concerns and maintenance requests. One area of concern is the car wash area that doesn't work. Overall, I’ve felt comfortable and safe living here. I appreciate the quiet environment and I would recommend it to others.

I like the management. They are fast in resolving maintenance issues. They give notice ahead of time, they let you even negotiate and ask for a grace period, and they are understandable.

Very calm in this environment. I've not had any issues with neighbors, trash or maintenance. All questions asked are answered in a timely manner by staff and it has just been a great experience these last 6 months.

I’ve been living at Brisa since 2020 and have little to no complaints. The maintenance men are prompt and nice. I just don’t like the Limited parking.
