Lovely apartments in the locality to stay and feel secure!! Maintenance has always been their top priority. Ample amount of parking space along with pet parks and beautiful yet small play area for kids!
Things have been mostly great here except the property grounds could be taken better care of and resident complaints taken more seriously. I'm glad to see that it seems to be tightening up in terms of notices going out and one thing I've always loved about the Brisa is the lack of bugs and roaches around

It has been a good place so far, the bad thing is that there are several people who do not collect the excrement of their pets and sometimes put a stone on the door of the pedestrian entrance so that it is open, that is unsafe.

The apartments are nice within itself but there are a few cons. Cars were being towed even if they were operable, neighbors are inconsiderate and walls are very thin. Need two dumpster trash cans, need an additional exit entry gate for foot traffic and need timely amenity maintenance.

I love my apartment.. two bedroom two bathrooms for the price can’t beat it!! I’m not to happy about the parking space. There is no parking spaces when I get home from work! But other than that maintenance come when you call, the workers are so polite and always welcoming!??

Siempre que puedo dejar mi referencia sobre este lugar lo hago. Desde que llegue a este pais he vivido en este complex y ciertamente a pesar de haber tenido algunas situaciones (minimas) siempre he tenido respuesta inmediata de parte de todo el staff para solucionarlo. De igual manera son siempre amables, respetuosos, organizados, un lugar bastante limpio, con areas comunes en constante mantenimiento, procurando siempre el orden, tratando de mejorar el tema de la seguridad. Sin duda alguna, un buen lugar para vivir.

Great place to live, never had a problem here really. Pool might not look as great but I never really used it. Parking might get packed up by 9pm so you'll most likely have to park a bit far from your apartment unless you get the front units which usually has plenty of parking. Love the amazon hub for amazon packages

Roaches ?? is everywhere. I’m not sure if it’s the neighboring apartments. They have sprayed seemed like it was dying down and the next day excessive activity. Baby roach crawled on my son. Big roach crawled on my daughter, one on my mom back, and one on my leg. The worst apartment I have EVER been in! I love the layout and the space but the roaches surpass all of what we like!
