I feel well taking care of here at Brisa ! I have no problems with my apartment. If I have a question it's never a bother to ask someone in the rent office. The manager is always ready to listen if you need to speak with her about any concerns you may have. I definitely would be sad if I had to move somewhere else.

We’ve been here for about 4 years, never really had an issue just one complaint from a downstairs neighbor when our dog was little (he got zoomies so he often made noise). Maintenance is good, never really needed the office for anything but when I rarely do they’re there to respond. Great over all.

With my first visit to the leasing office, l felt like this was my new home. I was greeted by Raden and walked through the process of applying for a 3 bedroom apartment. He answered all of my questions whether they were via phone or email.After moving in, l immediately was greeted by the maintenance representative Maurice. He quickly answered any questions and came in to take care of any move in issues and service needs. The entire staff of Brisa that l have communicated with have been welcoming and made this move in experience excellent. Clean and quiet community. I am excited about our new home.

It’s a very nice complex overall, with better maintenance, management, cleanliness, and amenities compared to many other places. However, the main concern is security. There’s no visible security patrol, especially during nighttime, which creates a sense of vulnerability. Improving security presence—particularly after dark—would make a big difference. Once, someone tried to break into our apartment by tampering with the door lock. On another occasion, there was an attempted car theft—someone smashed my car window and damaged the ignition while trying to steal it. They caused significant damage, but luckily, they failed and fled the scene.

Things have been mostly great here except the property grounds could be taken better care of and resident complaints taken more seriously. I'm glad to see that it seems to be tightening up in terms of notices going out and one thing I've always loved about the Brisa is the lack of bugs and roaches around

The apartments are nice within itself but there are a few cons. Cars were being towed even if they were operable, neighbors are inconsiderate and walls are very thin. Need two dumpster trash cans, need an additional exit entry gate for foot traffic and need timely amenity maintenance.

I love my apartment.. two bedroom two bathrooms for the price can’t beat it!! I’m not to happy about the parking space. There is no parking spaces when I get home from work! But other than that maintenance come when you call, the workers are so polite and always welcoming!??

Siempre que puedo dejar mi referencia sobre este lugar lo hago. Desde que llegue a este pais he vivido en este complex y ciertamente a pesar de haber tenido algunas situaciones (minimas) siempre he tenido respuesta inmediata de parte de todo el staff para solucionarlo. De igual manera son siempre amables, respetuosos, organizados, un lugar bastante limpio, con areas comunes en constante mantenimiento, procurando siempre el orden, tratando de mejorar el tema de la seguridad.
