We wanted to make this place our home. We applied and were told that we would hear back in 3 days. A week went by and we heard nothing. Would call and call and no one would answer. Finally got ahold of someone and they said we were approved and we would get a call back in 2 weeks. Well our supposed move-in date has come and gone and we haven't heard anything out of them.

It’s one thing to ignore my maintenance request for months, but to show no sense of urgency or anything TO FIX AMENITIES I AM ACTIVELY PAYING FOR EVERY MONTH for a remodeled unit to not offer any compensation for me not being able to use the amenity as I please for months and still having to pay for it. Then to not care when I call. It really frustrates me knowing I can’t escape this I have to be stuck paying for a broken washer and dryer, a dishwasher that floods my kitchen once a week, all present issues since I’ve signed my lease and not a tiny bit of empathy for getting these items fixed. It’s just very disappointing. Upgraded amenities that maintenance can’t even properly fix just a waste
Front office don’t care nothing about the tenants they only care about the rent money constantly make a note of new rules and regulations charge fees for services that they don’t render or provide dog poop and trash everywhere. No security cars, man, vandalized and porch pirates. Maintenance never fulfill work orders yet lie and say they have fixed the problem but in actuality, they never step foot in your house.
From start to finish Jason was a pleasure working with! He definitely has A1 customer service skills. I love my unit. I do wish the community was gated. But other than that everything else has been great, the manager is super polite as well!
Clean, quiet, nice apartment inside I enjoy living here they helped me move in super quickly ! Management is great !

The Apartments are decent, but there not worthy of a long life stay. The price of rent isn’t worth it. Definitely when you don’t even have a washer and dryer in the Unit. There can be some loud neighbors. Sometimes Random people just walk through the apartments. Overall there not bad apartments management is nice, and they are willing to work with you they also remodeled the outside of the apartments and by the pool area. But if you need a apartment till you find something better I recommend these.

Lived here long enuf to see it go downhill. Surly rotation of mgrs. Laundry room is filthy and not air conditioned, despite a swamp cooler intact; just won’t turn on. Keeps the bums out to keep it hot. Sliding scale of misc. charges that will add 50 or more to rent. Up to eight people in a two bedroom. Sliding scale means u will pay their share of bills. Move back in with your parents! Grounds filthy.
Mountain vista apts not to bad bad area good apartments! I'm not sure about the new management but the mantience comes fast if theirs a problem! No bugs and friendly people's
