never move to these apartments currently I live there and I can't wait to leave, the Administration is not working, every week they steal the cars, the worst is dirty
I had MANY issues over the last year while living here but to be brief, the complex is not clean or well maintained. Burglary was a FREQUENT occurrence in the gated parking garage--with no response from management. Please do yourself a favor and keep looking!
3-year resident. Loved my apartment. Very quiet, except for a few muscle cars! Lol The property was sold just over a year ago and the new company has made amazing changes and upgrades to the property. The maintenance crew is awesome. The management staff is kind, courteous, and very professional. Not mention ridiculously good looking! Lol Seriously though, Ms. Lasso the manager, and Lisa are amazing. They are both extremely patient, understanding, and helpful. If I weren’t leaving Texas, I would continue living there.
Honestly I didn't even come tour my apartment before signing the lease. I fell in love online and every question I had was answered thoroughly over the phone. Communication with the office was easy.

I loved the community when I first moved in 15 months ago and I’ve never thought I was going to have any issues when I moved out, since I left my apartment spotless clean. I had so many inconveniences after I moved out, that I’ve never contacted the leasing office as many times before, not even during my 15 Months of residency there like I did after moving out. Firstly, I never got my FAS and they had already sent my account to their collection department, the manager and assistant seems to be unavailable to talk about my FAS. Briar Forest Lofts didn’t have any problem collecting my rent for the past 15 months which I always paid on time and now that I’m out they are acting like that. Now, my $ 250 security deposit was applied towards a Heavy Carpet Cleaning? which is a complete lie, the carpet didn’t need a heavy carpet cleaning, but they had to have a reason to eat my security deposit! I will NOT recommend Briar Forest Lofts since is It no longer the same has it was back in 2018!!!

This complex is unsafe and burglarized REGULARLY. The property managers supply tenants with a security guard that sleeps on the job and they don’t have surveillance cameras. 4 out of the 5 months I’ve lived here my car has been burglarized. I am not only concerned about my personal belongings but I am concerned about my safety. Management has no answers or options. Unless you have a budget set aside for broken windows monthly, don’t MOVE HERE!

Despite the fact that deposits and application fees were paid, management failed to communicate appropriately which resulted in them canceling my application. I had one part of the application that was pending but rather than management pick up the phone To call And say that everything would be voided if this part of the app process was not completed they chose to Send a time sensitive email that required a response with 3 hours. After seeing the email less than an hour to late, they refused to uncancel the app and was requiring another application fee. The manger Rita said she would call me back But did not. I guess my business was not wanted. This might be a blessing in disguise after reading reviews. Rita if you handle bussiness like this....I DO NOT want to do business with you.

On-site mgmt & office personnel is always professional, courteous & responsive. However, new corporate mgmt, Greystar leaves much to be desired as Ive had 2 outstanding maintenance orders for more than 1 year....

Lofts are in a great location. Floor plan and kitchen appliances are also really good.

Lived here for more than five years. The first management team here back in 2014 was very organized and methodical. For the first time since 2014-2015, the environment is finally beginning to turn around. Management appears to be trying to restore the quality of living here by enforcing the rules. Things finally look hopeful.

Briar Forest Lofts is my first apartments, and the management has made this first year a very smooth transition. I would consider this a luxury building compared to many others in the area (trust me, Ive done the research). Maintenance is quick, staff is courteous, and I feel very secure.
Just moved in and do far I love the loft! The staff is very attentive and professional. I will add more later when I've been here a bit longer.
