If feel the staff does a nice job addressing issues. Maintenance is 5 stars. In addition, I would say that noise is a factor while being here. The windows leak, but its to be expected.

It is a good place for a student/trainee working at the medical center. The bus passes right in front and it also goes to the grocery the other way ! So basically nicely located ! The price and the amenities are okay too.

I stopped by for a tour and was really impressed. Jade and Cici were super helpful and made everything easy to understand. The whole office team was warm and inviting. The property is quiet, really well-kept, and has a clean, welcoming feel. Definitely stood out from other places I’ve seen. Definitely considering moving here

My mom lived at this property years ago and always spoke highly of it. Recently, she decided to move back in, and after seeing the improvements and how well the community is run, I completely understand why. Jade was her leasing agent and did an amazing job. She was professional, helpful, and made the process seamless. The office staff (Carlos, Cici, and Nancy) were all incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made my mom feel right at home again. The property has recently been renovated and looks fantastic. The hallways are clean, the grounds are beautifully maintained, and the overall atmosphere is quiet and peaceful. The maintenance team is also quick and efficient, which gives us peace of mind. I’m so glad she chose to return. It’s rare to find a place that stays consistently great over the years, but this community truly delivers.

We love this community and have had a great experience living here at Breaswood Place Apartments. The neighborhood is great with a trail close by for running and the YMCA just a couple blocks down this place is amazing for an active family.

I love the apartment complex. The pool is amazing & our apartment is nicely updated. Things I would recommend: more dumbbells or kettlebells for the gym! There are random weights with no matching sets and only 1 10 lb weight and then it jumps to 40lb weights. The valet trash is super helpful. Overall it is a great apartment

I am not fond of being threatened with violations with equipment that has not been provided. Not fond of the roach issue. I've never lived in an apartment with this issue. My apartment has been entered upon maintenance requests when I specify to call first as there have been issues with leaving my lights on More recently the alarm system went off 3 days in a row for long periods of time I appreciate the community events. The property is central to the areas I travel to.

Nice community however the elevator remains broken consistently. Repairs after the storm took a long time and no updates were provided on a regular basis. There have been several vehicle break ins.

Maintenance is excellent. Much improved fire alarms system as no alarms in a while. Would be good if elevators did not break down so much as I cannot climb or descend the stairs

Needs more security around the parking lots. I had a visitor park on the 5th floor and they tried stealing their wheels. They need to better with the security.

Our apartment complex is going through a lot of reconstruction from two previous fires and Hurricane Beryl damage. The maintenance of our hallways is lagging in cleanliness. I realize it’s hard to keep up but I feel like they should try harder. I like the “ family” we have established here.

Wonderful place to live other than my husband and I having some car parts stolen it's been great. Hopefully security will tighten up in the near future and we don't need to worry as much.

I have been met for 9 years and am very happy with my selection. The location is fantastic. I love the parking garage where I park down the Hall from my apartment - not many places offer this. Elevators are a big plus!

This place is a disaster. Renters are given low priority for their living concerns

Maintenance is the A star performer in the residency . Management comes in a close second. Fellow residents have taken a more noisy characters of late, unfortunately, but remains in the vast minority . Braeswood Place still a good place to stay and we are renewing our lease for the 10 time.

It’s a great place to stay, Closer to where i needed to go,some times they don’t maintain the cleanliness of the hallways and the stairs, some of those dirts been there since i moved , ,Maybe you need more people to clean up, the second floor hallway where I’m staying the floor has not been cleaned for almost 3/4weeks , (?? finally)but over All the staffs are great )

Apartments are nicely set up and the staff is friendly and helpful, though maintenance issues are semi-common and take varying amounts of time to address.

I moved here because I loved the floorplan and location. However, my experience since moving has been a nightmare. The air conditioner has not worked since mid-May, five months!! Water leaked in the apartment FIVE times in June. It took two weeks to cut sheetrock. No fans or dehumidifiers have been used. No repairs have been made for FOUR months!!!! The soaky carpet was never removed. After three to four weeks a small section of the pad was removed. I have never lived anywhere with conditions like this. It is beyond disappointing!

This complex is on the end of a nice neighborhood and has lots of community events, the staff has always been helpful with our pet concerns and maintenance issues, our unit is one of my favorite apartments I've ever lived in, the kitchen being open to the living space is great for having friends and family over.

My fist two months at Braeswood Place has exceeded all of my expectations - from the original leasing process, the move in, the actual unit (townhouse) is amazing (with a couple of quirks!), but the staff is what has made my satisfaction exceed my exceptions the most. They show interest and caring about any matters I've presented them. While they have 300 units/tenants, I feel like they know me and are wonderful whenever I have had interactions with them.

After living here for 3 1/2 years I just signed another 12 month lease. The reason for staying at this complex is one gets the best layout for an apartment and the best square footage. There are numerous long term residents here too which helps make a stable lifestyle.

Marijuana smell everywhere and overall poor maintenance. I've been living in this community over 2 years and I am very frustrated that it is going poorer and poorer.
