I actually love living here, but I’m still in complete shock that someone stole my bike off the property. I thought I was living In a place where things will not be stolen, especially that I had a lock on it. Makes me feel a little bit unsafe..

Hi, we're so glad that we were able to go above and beyond your expectations!
The office personnel and maintenance are fine and personable people. However, the entity that owns the facility routinely fails to arrange for the gates to be closed when roofs are being repaired, leading to car thefts and vandalism. In addition, they lure older renters into the facility with the promise of multiple elevators allowing access to the first floor and then fail to maintain them. As I write, ALL three elevators are down, and as a person who cannot do stairs, walking the dog literally requires driving downstairs to do so. If you don't mind leasing through a management company that does not care for the well-being of residents and fails to tend to the little things that would really make this a special place, then this project is for you.

I am not happy about the new parking policy. I rented here because of the reserved parking which is listed as an amenity on the website. Also, why was the gate inoperable for weeks? The lack of security is disturbing

Braeswood Place has the potential to easily become a more preferred and recommended place to live. If security and access was improved and the incredible maintenance staff was increased in size to fit the size of the community, this could make a "good" place to live, a "great" place!!

I knew immediately after my tour that Braeswood Place was the place for me! It's close enough to the Medical Center that my work commute is short and sweet, and the easy access to 610 is a huge plus for wanting to go out on the weeknights and weekends with friends. Cici was a huge help with all of my questions and for getting me settled in!

Overall, it is a nice apartment complex. It has good amenities and good apartment interior. Only improvement would be responsiveness of front desk staff.

Maintenance is quick and responsive. Landscaping is coming around. This is an overall a clean property. I feel pretty safe and would feel better if we had on site security visibility. We have new management and they seem to be friendly and helpful as well. For the most part, Im enjoying my home.

It is a good place for a student/trainee working at the medical center. The bus passes right in front and it also goes to the grocery the other way ! So basically nicely located ! The price and the amenities are okay too.

I stopped by for a tour and was really impressed. Jade and Cici were super helpful and made everything easy to understand. The whole office team was warm and inviting. The property is quiet, really well-kept, and has a clean, welcoming feel. Definitely stood out from other places I’ve seen. Definitely considering moving here

My mom lived at this property years ago and always spoke highly of it. Recently, she decided to move back in, and after seeing the improvements and how well the community is run, I completely understand why. Jade was her leasing agent and did an amazing job. She was professional, helpful, and made the process seamless. The office staff (Carlos, Cici, and Nancy) were all incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made my mom feel right at home again. The property has recently been renovated and looks fantastic. The hallways are clean, the grounds are beautifully maintained, and the overall atmosphere is quiet and peaceful. The maintenance team is also quick and efficient, which gives us peace of mind. I’m so glad she chose to return. It’s rare to find a place that stays consistently great over the years, but this community truly delivers.

We love this community and have had a great experience living here at Breaswood Place Apartments. The neighborhood is great with a trail close by for running and the YMCA just a couple blocks down this place is amazing for an active family.

I love the apartment complex. The pool is amazing & our apartment is nicely updated. Things I would recommend: more dumbbells or kettlebells for the gym! There are random weights with no matching sets and only 1 10 lb weight and then it jumps to 40lb weights. The valet trash is super helpful. Overall it is a great apartment

I am not fond of being threatened with violations with equipment that has not been provided. Not fond of the roach issue. I've never lived in an apartment with this issue. My apartment has been entered upon maintenance requests when I specify to call first as there have been issues with leaving my lights on More recently the alarm system went off 3 days in a row for long periods of time I appreciate the community events. The property is central to the areas I travel to.

Nice community however the elevator remains broken consistently. Repairs after the storm took a long time and no updates were provided on a regular basis. There have been several vehicle break ins.

Maintenance is excellent. Much improved fire alarms system as no alarms in a while. Would be good if elevators did not break down so much as I cannot climb or descend the stairs

Needs more security around the parking lots. I had a visitor park on the 5th floor and they tried stealing their wheels. They need to better with the security.

Generally a good place to stay in. Maintenance is fantastic. Management is good . Reasonably quiet place . Pet excrement still a persisting problem

Our apartment complex is going through a lot of reconstruction from two previous fires and Hurricane Beryl damage. The maintenance of our hallways is lagging in cleanliness. I realize it’s hard to keep up but I feel like they should try harder. I like the “ family” we have established here.

Wonderful place to live other than my husband and I having some car parts stolen it's been great. Hopefully security will tighten up in the near future and we don't need to worry as much.

I have been met for 9 years and am very happy with my selection. The location is fantastic. I love the parking garage where I park down the Hall from my apartment - not many places offer this. Elevators are a big plus!
