Quiet community, Dog friendly, on time maintenance, safe & clean community.
The staff is nice and the location is ideal, but as far as quality of living, I think it could be better. The fire alarm is so sensitive. The walls are thin, and something is always breaking or not working.

Excellent residence for work from home! Great amenities and support staff, with an excellently maintain common areas and residences! I am so glad I am here!
The apartment complex is very nice and clean the people are nice. everyone seems to get along, it's in a great location and it's very quiet even though we are next to a fire station they do not make noise when leaving the station.

My overall experience has been good and the community is very quiet and clean. I like how the mail room is setup with lockers for packages and it is 24 hrs access. The gym is also up to date with plenty of equipment.

My apartment is comfortable and cozy. There is plenty of storage space in the kitchen and walk in closet. The amenities are well maintained and enjoyable. It is in a prime location for restaurants, entertainment and shopping.

I enjoy living here at Bellrock Memorial very great location close to everything and very quiet. The community is very clean, and the amenities are super. The management staff are very friendly and helpful along with the maintenance team they keep this place looking great.

Bellrock Memorial is an overall good apartment complex to live in. At times amenities have been out of order for overly extensive times. But overall, close to restaurants, grocery stores, IKEA. I personally don’t use the amenities much so cannot speak to that.

We’ve been for just a few months and haven’t had any issues other than some minor maintenance repairs which have been corrected in a timely manner. The community feels safe. I love how quiet it is.

Everything was very clean and renovated upon moving in. Water filter needed to be changed but was left as is. Walls are SUPER thin so I can hear neighbors all day/night.

Bellrock Memorial overall is a great apartment complex. From the location, amenities to the community is great. Relocating to houston for the first time and choosing this complex without touring has been wonderful. This complex has been safe thus far and the move in process was made easy for us.

Great place to live! The staff is very helpful. Pools and gym are inviting. Many places to rest and relax. Maintenance requests dealt with quickly. Great location close to supermarket, schools and shops. The bust stop for Memorial High School is infront of the building. Cant beat that!

Great staff, maintenance is always quick, moved in quickly and leasing office accommodated to our requests. Had to move in immediately and staff allowed us to move in a day early so we wouldn’t have to stay at a hotel for one night due to previous apt lease ending the day before elsewhere.

The community here is very welcoming and these apartments are luxuryy! I love the lounge patios, the pool, and the lobby, especially for studying. The only complaint is that I wish pet owners would pick up after their pet.

Honestly has been very lovely so far. Moved in November 2023. Maintenance is prompt and professional. The ONLY thing that I have a comment on, the gym is way too small.

Bellrock is a very clean property surrounded by nice people. Also has a beautiful pool very clean as well, where you can enjoy on hot summer days.

This truly is a resort styled property with some of the best amenities for community living, and a clean modern living experience. Everybody always compliments me on where I live when I host here. It’s been a good overall experience.

Apartments are very nice. Managed well. Great neighbors. Takes a little long to fix maintenance issues, undoubtedly because of Beryl. Can be a little timelier, a small issue considering. I'm very happy.

I love the location, interiors, and the office staff!! Super close to memorial park, galleria, downtown, heights area. All the major freeways are within a short commute. Overall love the affordable rates and convenience of the location

Great so far! There is a police officer making night tours in the community! We get timely notifications on our cell phones and emails with all needed updates. So far, we needed a few maintenance issues, but all of them were resolved in a timely manner. I love paying rent online which is very convenient.

Horrible place to live. They really don't care about the tenants. My guest cars got towed 3 times in about a month even though you follow their guidelines. Their isn't any recourse because the app they use is one of those cookie cutter companies with horrible customer service. You been warn Plenty of other issues but this one will cost you the most money.
