Avana Bellemeade is a well-maintained property with a nice community. It feels very safe to live here. The onsite Management is always contactable and helpful. I love the BBQ areas, the 24/7 gym and, during the season, the amazing pool. Sometimes it feels like being on vacation:)

Very calm and quiet neighborhood and very cozy apartments that make it feel super homey.
I moved here 3 months back. Im so happy to have found this wonderful community to call home. Its well maintained, beautiful grounds and a very professional and warm staff at the leasing office.
Bellemeade farms is a quiet and friendly neighborhood. The leasing office staff are awesome!
We've been really happy in the five months since we moved here. The apartment is just what we wanted. The grounds are great. Best though is the upkeep. Because everything is kept so clean and welcoming. And the maintenance team, well, in terms of their response and effectiveness they are really second to none. A lot of gratitude is owed to the management team here and the way they keep everything running so smoothly.
Bellemeade Farms is my perfect retirement home that I looked forward to after working over 40 years of my life. Its serene, quiet and peaceful. The community grounds are country-like and lovely with many trees, flowers and birds. The amenities provide many ways to keep active and healthy! The office staff is amazing: polite, knowledgeable and always ready to please! The management is great as well as the maintenance and cleaning team. Neighbors are wonderful. Bellemeade Farms is a bright and friendly community in a great location. Its close to shopping and other needs. Nice views and quiet community. Spacious balconies and good floor plans. Thank you to everyone on the team at Bellemeade Farms Leesburg! The maintenance team responded to an emergency issue and handled immediately and perfectly. The property management team is super friendly and efficient in handling anything residents need. I needed an out on my lease due to medical issues and the response and care from the team was very impressive.
I moved to Bellemeade in October of last year and the end of my lease cannot come fast enough. The rent is outrageous for the number of things that have broken in my apartment. The buildings are terribly built. Windows leak every time it rains and appliances break left and right and I cannot move apartments within Bellemeade without paying dramatically more in rent. Would not recommend at all.

Out of all the places that I looked, I am very satisfied with choosing Bellemeade Farms. The staff is amazing! Whenever I had a concern they were just a call away and did everything to resolve the issue and make sure that me and my family were comfortable. Maintenance was quick to respond and very thorough with their repairs. The grounds and amenities were very well kept. My apartment was very cozy. I seriously didn't want to move but we needed more room. My experience here made it feel like I was back home. Very warm and welcoming. I would definitely recommend.
Bellemeade Farms apartments is a beautiful community near dinning and shopping. It's very close to Route 7 and Route 15 making it easy to get on the highway to make the drive to work. I just renewed my lease for my 2nd year and I'm very happy with my decision. They just paved the parking lot making the complex look new and fresh. They always strive to make a better place to live.

Been living here 9yrs. It's suburban living with a rural feel. convenient access to major shops, and restraunts. Conveniently located in leesburg with easy access to Maryland and West Virginia. Quiet neighborhood mainly consisting of young professionals. Pet friendly, with beautiful landscaping and open fields. Pricing and living space EXTREMELY competitive within the market.
