Property Ratings at Avenue Grove
I'm a resident at the complex and my car was stolen last Thursday. I reached out to the office for video footage and was told they couldn't show me the footage which is fine but they could send it to the officer. I provided them with my police report case number, officer's number and badge number and was told they would send it over. Three days passed by and I received no follow up from the office. When I reached out to the officer, I was told the office didn't contact them either and was provided with no answers but they wouldn't be sending anything over. Today's Tuesday and I've gone into the office to complain and still no answers as to why I wasn't contacted or the officer. While in the office another lady came in about her bike being stolen. Absolutely ridiculous! To top it off, I spoke to the security guards, and they weren't even informed of the theft.

This is a beautiful property, with better amenities than most surrounding apartment communities. The apartments themselves have a high end feel to them. The location is amazing, and the staff are always super friendly and helpful.
Avenue Grove has cultivated aged a wonderful sense of culture. Its a mix of young professionals, some students, and families. Mostly, a friendly environment. As of late, a few cleanliness issues have popped up due to construction and water damage. Apartment-to-apartment (or shared walls) are bad. The noise between units is not satisfactory. I hope to see active techniques brought in, to solve this factor.

Overall its a nice location and great views facing either way. The layout of the units are nice, its not as rowdy/loud as other communities Ive lived in. The structure is very upscale/luxury living. I really enjoy the package locker amenity because Im not always home during normal business hours.
Avoid living here. Multiple MOLD and bugs issues. Not a safe place to live.
I have lived in many apartments and there was always more to dislike than like but Avenue Grove felt like home from the moment I walked in. Anything you could want from an apartment is here: Community, safety, location, amazing views, responsive staff, great amenities, unique layouts, quiet, and peaceful. Having a park right outside is what sets Avenue Grove apart from the rest. And as a student who needs an inspiring environment, having that combination of living near the city but being so close to nature is perfect. I can see myself living here for a long time! And, of course, I would say you get your money's worth!

Very nice location. Levy park is right there in front of apartment complex. Communtiy is clean and neat always.
They are excellent, caring and professional and always available.
I love my little home at Avenue Grove. As a long time apartment dweller, I have had a variety of units in several different cities. My unit at Avenue Grove is the most comfortable space I've ever called home. The space is well utilized, and the design is chic and minimalist in the best way.
During this Stay Home period, my oasis has been my apartment. I could work from home going forward. Early morning and late evening walks in Levy Park add to the calming effect of living at Avenue Grove.

Upper Kirby's well known secret that you've never heard about. You've seen it but, not until you've lived it. Tucked away, but with convenient access to the best parts of Kirby and beyond... its dope, check it out. [not a paid review] ;)
Would recommend to no one, lots of better options throughout the city. Furthermore would dissuade people from renting Midday given knowledge of infrastructure issues at the new heights site, overall distrust of the company.
I just wanted to use this opportunity to thank the Avenue Grove maintenance team. I had an AC issue while I was out in vacation and my mother in law was staying at our apartment. Miguel went above and beyond to make sure my mother in law was comfortable using cooling fans while he and his team worked on the issue. The AC was repaired after 2 days since a new part needed to be ordered, but Miguel was always in communication to make sure our family was okay during this process. Kuddos and thanks again!!
Great place to live.
Excellent location. Very safe. Very caring and kind staff. Very friendly staff. Although I am an older lady, I recently recommended Avenue Grove to a young lady in her twenties who moved in 3 months ago and is equally happy with her choice.
I appreciate the care that Alex, Earl, and David have offered me during my year-long residence at Avenue Grove. I really searched our residences of this type and found nothing to compare with the warmth and care at Avenue Grove.
Avenue Grove is the in place to be. Living here is an extraordinary experience. It is unique in Houston, and the location is excellent.

This unique spot hidden away just two blocks off Richmond is a gem! There is nothing else like it in Houston. Its a wonderful place to live and is central to everything. Avenue Grove staff made my move in easy and made me feel very welcome. They have been so helpful and knowledgeable. Rumis kindness and helpfulness was one of the big reasons I decided to choose avenue grove. Also the apartment itself is very nice and modern. It has a very homey feel. I also feel that it is very safe and I can just relax when I get home and not worry about anything. The park out front is a huge bonus. The location with easy access to the freeway is also a plus. I would highly recommend this property to friends and family or anyone looking for an apartment. I feel like I couldnt have made a better choice than picking avenue grove to call my new home.
Avenue Grove is a wonderful place to live. It is centrally located and surrounded by parks, cafes and boutiques. The property is well maintained and the apartments are extremely modern.
