Lots to talk about with how bad this place is. Lots of hidden charges for things you cannot opt out of even if they aren’t accessible. For example we pay a fee to use the pool even if the pool is closed. Doesn’t make sense to me but ok. We pay a fee for “common area maintenance” even tho they never provide anything in the common area. Simple things seem to be out of the conversation with the management at this property. Save yourself the headache and live somewhere else, take my word or don’t, just telling the truth.

They sent an email about painting the parking spots in 2 days. Without any other sort of notice such as a txt, they started towing 20 plus cars all in one morning. I was out of town and there was no way that I could've moved my car. Residents are angry and rightfully so... this cost me $350. I expressed my frustration and have yet to hear back from the management. Just horrible...

Many hidden charges, including additional and mandatory cable and internet package. Also will charge fees on exit that they will chalk up to beyond wear and tear. After living there 5 years, they levied a $150 fee for a 5 min job to touch up the wall with some paint.

It's incredible. The previous management was bad… When I first moved in they just handed me the keys. There was so initial walk-through to check the condition of the apartment together and sign, or any instructions on how to set up anything at home. Master bedroom window was broken and cracked open, the unit itself looked like it was never fully cleaned, so I had to hire my own cleaner to make it liveable. The new management BH is so much worse ... they respond to everything late. I have been suffering from banging and stomping noise from the upstairs neighbors every single day, especially around midnight. They told me numerous time that it was been addressed and fixed, but it gets worse every day. My wife is trying to get pregnant, and this situation has actually affected us in significant ways. She is having trouble sleeping, as the upstairs neighbor always keeps her up or wakes her up. I know the management can't control 100% the actions of our neighbor. So we have asked kindly if we can give a 3 months notice for them to find a new tenant and leave just 2 months shy from our full contract commitment, which to me I think we are also being very reasonable letting them know early and enduring those extra months so that we don't affect their business. After emailing them via 3-4 different outlets to reach them, they haven't written a single reply either considering or acknowledging my request so that we can at least have a conversation about this problem. After months of trying to figure this out, I’ve finally received the regional managers email. I have sent her 3 different emails in the last few weeks and still haven’t heard anything back. If the regional acts this way, you can imagine the rest of the management here. Avoid.

Once this place was taken over by the new management company and was no longer an Elysian property, everything went downhill. Common areas are filthy, amenities are constantly unavailable, the rules are unenforced, pest control seems to be nonexistent and the service is unbelievably poor. Before you sign a lease, go for yourself and look at parts of the building other than those that are shown on the tours and ask yourself whether living here warrants the amount of rent charged. Despite all the negatives, the new ownership has the gall to raise both the base rent and the hundreds of dollars in hidden fees which are cunningly separated from the rent rates advertised. This place is the embodiment of everything that is wrong with landlords today and only cares to suck every penny out of its residents while maximizing profit. It’s a shame because I would have recommended these apartments, with some caveats, had the old management still been in charge. As it stands, however, you should look to live anywhere else and avoid giving Aster Blue Diamond your money at all costs.

If you see any good reviews, they are prior to new management! Since this place was bought out, it has been absolutely awful. The quality of living has gone down tremendously. The only thing nice about these apartments are how modern and nice day they are inside. Need to speak to a manager? Well, this one’s never available and you have to make an appointment days out ahead of time, Not to mention her blinds are always shut because she’s just so busy to talk to anyone that lives here. Leasing manager never knows anything and has an attitude when you question her answers (pro tip, if you don’t know the answer to a question, don’t make one up). Front desk girls are extremely RUDE and unhelpful. Maintenance was great until Dom left. Hallways are always dirty, cockroaches, and grasshoppers all over the floor. They used to have pest control every Wednesday and since taking over I’ve only seen them once when requested. They send out emails threatening to fine and handle rowdy and unclean Tenants and guests but absolutely never follow through. Not to mention, doors and gates are always broken so literally anyone can just walk and do whatever they please. Homeless people living in common areas, stolen packages, vandalize the building just to name a few. Please save yourself the headache and hassle.
I lived here from June 2022 to June 2023 and it is a horrible place, there were bugs in the hallways, the elevator was broken, no one ever picked up dog poop, and they charged you for everything when you move out. I had carpets cleaned and place professionally cleaned and paid a $125 cleaning fee when I moved in and they charged me another $535 on top of that. Save your money and find another place. Never had a worse living experience nor a worse property management company. AVOID AVOID AVOID
Worst apartment living experience of my life. Do not live here. Not even close to the living standards one would expect from a reputable and expensive brand of "luxury living" apartments. Management has total disregard for the wellbeing of its tenants, physically and mentally, which is borderline negligence. Security is unresponsive (literally goes to voicemail sometimes) when you are paying for 24/7 security. When security does answer the phone, they obviously do nothing to ameliorate the situation because I am constantly calling about noise complaints in the middle of the night that do not get addressed properly. In addition to noise complaints about neighbors, the first few weeks in my new apartment I was woken to banging on my door by an angry stranger (who was likely looking for the previous tenant) not once but two different occasions. I called security multiple times with no answer and was concerned for my safety as it was the middle of the night and I am a single woman living alone. Cleanliness is also a major issue; I documented photos of dog poop in the main hallway outside an elevator that remained for 6 days. Not only is that disgusting, it's also a huge health violation. Apparently you sign your name in blood when attempting to break your lease because I have had to get an attorney involved due to lack of care, concern, or responsiveness from BH Management to address the myriad of issues I've experienced with Elysian at Flamingo.
Until the need for better security has been addressed, I would not recommend anyone to live here.

The Elysian community is one of the most social places to live in Las Vegas they encourage the residents to be that way by providing social events The amenities are top notch and most of all the Elysian is very Dog friendly it doesn’t matter what breed.

The property does an outstanding job during the leasing process to sell the property as safe and secure with cameras, RFID perimeter entry points, security guards, etc. We had multiple issues with packages being stolen from in front of our apartment door, so the property paid for us to get a Ring doorbell to mitigate the issue. Then, the on-site storage unit we rented was forcibly broken into by ripping until the doorframe rendering the deadbolt useless. If this kind of forced entry can happen within their secure perimeter, then nothing prevents it from being someones actual apartment. Cannot stress enough that it is not safe and secure. We will never recommend this property to anyone after dealing with what we have experienced in what they sell as a "luxury" apartment. We could have saved a lot of money and just rented an apartment in a place where we expected to be burglarized.

Living here at the Elysian @ Flamingo is like living in Paradise. Truly a heavenly experience. The staff was so helpful and eager to help with any problems or concerns that you might have. I am going to miss this friendly staff. I purchased a HOME in Aliente so I am moving out on April 20th. My experience here was the Absolute BEST. Everyone here will be missed, including my neighbors!

Elysian at Flamingo is a first rate property with high quality accomodations and excellent amenities. The pool area, gym, pilates parlor, massage room and tanning booth are first class. The lounging areas in the main building are fashionable and very comfortable. Parking and mail access is very convenient as well.

I love living at the Elysian at Flamingo. My apartment is open and modern without feeling sterile, and the overall environment at the complex is social and energetic. The amenities and common spaces are killer and make me never want to leave home. I cannot imagine living anywhere else.

Great staff, service, and amenities! Everyone that lives in the complex is so nice and quiet. Brand new modern and contemporary, but also comfortable. I love the events they put on for us like Sunday Brunch, Sangria Saturday, Thursday Night Football and they have a lot more. We even get free entry to an event at a club sometimes like Tao and Marquee. 24/7 access to the pool and spa, gorgeous gym, tanning bed, coffee/tea/hot chocolate, massage room, and gaming/hangout rooms. When issues arise maintenance is on it! You can even book out the poker room, the wine room or the main lobby area for your own private event too. I love it here!

The apartments offers great amenities. They have plenty of cabinet space including an island with pot and pan drawers. The tech features are great and we love the valet trash offering. There is plenty to do at the community. The staff does a great job planning many events during the month with no shortage of adult beverages. They even have a yappy hour for our dog to attend. We are glad we chose this community. Very close to shopping and your choice of restaurants.

This is a great community. Jameelah leads a great team and she really promotes a nice and fun place to live. The Sunday Brunch we have every month is my favorite, good people, mimosas and restaurant quality food.

I love it, everyone here is so sweet (workers and residents). We have met some lifelong friends here and the reason for that is the atmosphere that Elysian promotes. We have 7-8 events a month that usually get a very good turn out and are always put together perfectly. Our "Yappy Hours" for the doggies always has good snacks (for us and them) and usually some nice wines or beer.

This is by far one of the beat apartment I have ever had. Motel style living with the staff is always helpful to answer any questions. Their quick response is something that I am so impressed with. A example is being locked out of my apartment at 5:30 am . The staff was available to get me back into my apartment very quickly. Not to mention they are always having resident functions that make getting to know your neighbors. The app for the apartment is another luxury that will address all issues that may concern you. I would buy this apartment if I could!!!!!????????

The office staff continues to make excuses fir things that was explains part of the apartment amenities. We moved in about 1 month ago, trying to get repairs done has been a total hassle. The cost for exterior cleaning isn’t being done, hallways are unkept, except fir those areas closest to office. The entry ways rarely if ever is clean, elevators floors ha e spills. When you ask or send suggestions nothing has been address, only now they say it’s just a few of us working. I totally agree with the previous gentlemen that there are many other places that offer more, and demonstrate good house keeping. The management team is friendly until you move in. It could be a beautiful living environment, maybe professional staff.

I’m just a guys looking on the hunt for a great place to call home for me and my family. My appointment with Christina made Elysian at Flamingo a top contender; I would suggests making an appointment, She was very helpful and knowledgeable of not only the area but the community as well. (There are other people working there that could show you an apartment as well, but I can speak from experience that you won’t have a bad visit with Christina) I saw a number of their one bedroom apartments as well as the two bedroom. These are brand new and like anything new Elysian at Flamingo had all of the upgrades, bells and whistles. The kitchen plenty of counter space as well as spacious cabinets. Some quick likes and dislikes from my visit. What I liked about the complex is that its located close to a bunch of useful stores and also the 215 freeway making trips to the Strip quick and convenient. What turned me off was that the complex is still under construction so with any construction you have the noise, which I assume stops at a reasonable time. Overall, if you're looking for a new place to call home, I'd recommend taking a look at Elysian at Flamingo and get the feel for yourself. It potentially seems like a nice place to live, but unfortunately I’m expecting a newborn next month and my fiancé currently on leave, we’ve decided to look elsewhere for a little less. I’ll definitely be back in the future. Thank you!

I created an account just to write this review. Please Save yourself the trouble and headache and rent somewhere else. There is so much disorganization with the office staff here its unbelievable. Don't even get me started on the unsafe living conditions with the amount of homeless people sleeping on the construction side of the property. I along with many others on here have the same exact distasteful experience with the staff here, I tried calling for weeks and they never answer their phones, until recently because i wanted to tour the property. Due to them not answering i decided to just drive by after the office had closed to see what the property looked like. From what i saw from the outside the amenities looked beautiful but the amount of homelessness was a big turn off for me. I finally was able to get someone to answer the phone as I wanted to schedule a tour with them during business hours. The agent who answered the phone was very rude and pushy and seemed to try and rush me off the phones. I asked for her manager and which she replied she's busy, I let the agent know that i myself am busy and have been trying for weeks to get ahold of them to tour the property, she continued to ignore my concerns and asked what else she could do for me, i again told her i wanted to speak to her manager. After a lengthy hold i was greeted by someone of the name of Christina who stated she was the property manager, while i was expressing my concerns she would interrupt me and cut me off mid sentence while i was explaining what happened and began to give excuses for the leasing consultant behaviors. I immediately disconnected the call during that interaction. If i were you i wouldn't even waste your time coming to look at this property the staff here are absolutely rude and it doesn't justify the pricing for their units. There are so many other beautiful properties built by the Calida group here in Vegas and i recommend you check those out first.
