Everything is beautiful and we really enjoy our time here at the Aspire. We’ve been here for about a month and couldn’t ask for anything more. The staff has been very helpful and accommodating with any needs we that might have. We are also really enjoying the 7th floor, which is full of fantastic amenities.

Our relocation to Houston was a bit stressful, until Aspire stepped in. This place has views, quality home finishes, and is overall the nicest place we viewed in Houston. Love the area and the staff is super friendly/nice. Neighbors have all been friendly and super inviting.

Our experience here has been a far cry better than our last experience. Granted we have only been here for 2 months, but overall it feels better, property seems to be well maintained. Maintenance request are handled quickly, which was really surprising. Overall, the are only a few negatives, One is that people don’t always clean up after their pets at the dog park area, but it looks like staff cleans it as needed, so not a big issue for us. The other negative is elevators going down, but when they do it seems to be for a short period, which is also not a huge deal. Although, when they go down it would be nice to get a notification so we can expect a delay. I waited about 15 mins one day for the elevator. But again not a huge issue for us as we lived at a place where 2 of the elevators were down for like 2 months, and it was common for them to be down randomly all the time. The last, is that the pool is not heated (1st world problems, I know) but it would have been nice if the pool was heated, but again not a big issue for us. Overall, very pleased with the property.

I have been living here since a little after the property opened for lease. The community is exceptional. The amenities, and apartment layouts/views are amazing. The location is prime. It is in close proximity to so many things(restaurants,galleria, businesses, etc). Living here has exceeding all expectations of what I’ve wanted my apartment living experience to be. My leasing agent has been Jolee and from the moment I met her she has been nothing but kind, attentive, and always goes out of her way to help. I have had positive interactions with all of the staff members including but not limited to Taylor and Aryana of the leasing office, Gabriel of valet, and Messa of concierge. For these reasons, I can’t find myself leaving anytime soon. The BEST apartment community in Houston!

Touring the property, I was in awe by the design and how amazing everything is put together. Starting from the welcoming and professional staff and all throughout. The layout of each floor is very unique and well thought out. I’ve never seen a design like this in Houston.

I recently took a tour of this facility and I’m in awe with it. It is so high tech and absolutely beautiful. I love all the amenities that it comes with. Huge bonus is the doggy wash room. I hope some day I will be able to move in and retire here where I don’t have worry about managing a property and upkeep of owning a home. I would definitely recommend anyone looking to live in the heart the city.

Aspire Post Oak is the most wonderful place I have ever lived. The apartment are absolutely gorgeous and amenities are top notch! The 7th floor has a gorgeous pool, large dog park, tons of grills with TVs, games, multiple office spaces and conference rooms, a pool table, and a golf simulator (my favorite). The staff is also very friendly and are quick to address any inquires and concerns. The location in the galleria is prime! Within a block’s walking distance, there are multiple restaurants, a WholeFoods, and a rooftop movie theatre. I would highly recommend living at Aspire Post Oak.

Tommy is one of the best managers I’ve ever had to deal with. This is my first experience living at a highrise, and every part of the process has been smooth and perfect. From the moment we first toured the Aspire on Post Oak, to having lived here for several months now, we have experienced nothing short of AMAZING Living! When you arrive at your new home, you can be greeted by the warm and friendly Concierge staff, and you have the choice to either use the wonderful Valet option, or simply use the easy self-park option in the secure parking garage. The Amenities on Level 7 are the grandest array of conveniences anyone could hope for in apartment living. Indoor areas include a fabulous Gym, Massage Treatment Rooms, Billiards area, Golf Simulator, Mail & Package rooms, Conference Rooms, Resident Lounges, and a Doggy Spa. Outdoor areas include a resort size pool and spa, covered relaxing spaces, abundance of seating, fire pits, hammocks, grilling stations, irrigated dog park, and a lawn games area. The Maintenance Department is top notch, with rapid response to requests with an easy to use online portal for scheduling and receiving updates. The Management and Sales Team are highly efficient, friendly, and professional, culminating in creating a most enjoyable, relaxing and secure environment for it's residents!

Aspire is arguably one of the best properties to live on in Houston. The team, from maintenance to concierge to leasing is amazing! Everyone is incredibly helpful and gives their focused attention to any issue until a resolution is found. I am really happy I decided to move here. Tommy, Taylor and Jolee are a god send.

Best experience with a gorgeous view in every direction. This place is top notch luxury and management is very helpful and responsive. The amenities are brilliant with a lavish pool and new gym with state of the art equipment. I cannot get over this place. 5 Stars hands down!

The whole building is very beautiful, my favorite part are the amount of lounges they have for residents; they even have a coffe and sports lounge. The pool area is also very beautiful. Everything is also so harmonic and clean.

I love everything about Aspire the location is perfect with multiple places in walking distance. All of the agents are nice and very attentive. Tommy did a great job at not only showing the property but making sure I felt comfortable and found a unit that best suited me. Everything to the amenity area, pool/lounge, & gym is outstanding! The gym has all new equipment with views all around. Building is always clean and very well maintained. I’m very happy to say I live here!

This has to be the best living space in all of Houston! From the moment you meet the leasing staff, they make you feel welcomed and excited to be part of a community. The building has valet service that’s very courteous and professional. Once you get the amenity area, which is one of the best I’ve ever been in, everything is always kept clean and quiet. Their gym has views all around and has to be one of the best in building gyms I’ve had access to. When it comes to the actual living space itself, the floor plans are some of the best especially with the views in each unit. I was so excited to apply and knew this was the place for me the day i stepped into the building. On top of that, you cannot beat the location. Whole Foods across the street, quick eating shops on the side of the building. It’s about a 5 min walk to uptown park (more dining and coffee) Commute isn’t bad either. You’re dead on center from everything. I’d say it’s perfect place to live!

I have been living at Aspire for over two weeks now, and the place is not less than fantastic! The personnel is courteous, helpful and accommodating. Jolee is wonderful! She is professional, knowledgeable about the building, and always with a positive attitude. The facilities are incredible; from the resort style pool, the state-of-the art gym, the efficient mail room and package delivery to the building's design. All made with the residents in mind! I am SO happy I chose Aspire as my home.

Unbelievable facility. Weight room, pool, golf range, 3 BBQ's with outdoor TV's Beautiful views of Houston Downtown and Galleria. Outstanding Maintenance Response and Leasing Support Crew. Aspire Post Oak is highly recommened.
