Like the name implies, this district is home to the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Although this neighborhood is a clear choice for students, faculty, and staff, the University District offers allure far beyond the campus. The neighborhood is filled with restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping options. Boulevard Mall offers over 100 stores selling everything from candles to shoes to candy. The Ashton park apartments are greatly priced, awesome location (5 minutes from Las Vegas Strip) and nicely sized bedrooms plus living areas. The area is nice being across from UNLV and everything you need within walking distance and also on major bus routes. This apartment complex is great for young couples, college students, family's, an all around great residents!
Its a good location near to everything malls, groceries, schools, parks, hotels and churches. great price for its area. Friendly nighborhod. highly recommended.
