Property Ratings at Asheville at Spring Branch
Did an application and didn’t hear back from them. I called on another number( 2 other phones) they answered. I don’t know why they won’t answer for me knowing I’m trying to get an approval or denial. Very weird and unprofessional.
I’ve been living here for a year, and overall, it’s been a decent experience—definitely not perfect, but not terrible either. Maintenance is great; they always show up quickly, and a special shoutout to the short Asian guy—he’s awesome and super helpful every time! I haven’t had any issues with roaches in my unit, though I did see two water bugs. One thing to note is parking—if you get off work after 6 p.m., expect there to be no available spaces. If you can afford it, the $95 garage fee might be worth considering. Be warned: the towing company here is serious! My car was towed within 48 hours of moving in, and unfortunately, I also had all four of my tires stolen at one point. Additionally, the power tends to go out for hours whenever it rains. On the positive side, my apartment came with all the upgrades I was promised, even though I didn’t tour the unit before moving in. The leasing agents have been friendly and helpful, even after I signed the lease. My neighbors have also been great—not nosey, just friendly—and I’ve never had any issues with packages or deliveries. Despite some inconveniences, it’s been an okay place to live overall.
I’ve been living here almost three years and it’s been a good couple of years. I have NO complaints. The maintenance, especially Earl, is great. Whenever I had an issue and they send Earl, I know the job is going to be done correctly and efficiently. Earl helped me when I first moved here and he is just short of amazing. The grounds are kept nice and clean and the staff, in my opinion, is pleasant and helpful.
Do not move here…this place is AWFUL we don’t even have 24 hours maintenance,They leave me without AC for all weekend
The old management used to be so much nicer and sweeter. New management now is running these what used to be luxurious apartments into the ground. Trash Everywhere, spilling out of dumpsters. Took away valet trash for a smart home that never works. Their “ updated “ models are literally just their old painted over. Cracks in Almost all wooden appliances. The garbage disposal never works or is always getting broken. These place might look nice, but their nowhere near luxurious.
I love living here, renewed my lease WITHOUT hesitation! There is a beautiful park here for you, your kids, pets. New apartment management Company is making sure you live with comfort and safety! Very quiet place and well maintained. If you can afford it, go for it! Apartment amenities are amazing! This is TRUE luxury living!
The property is not close to freeway . :( The property is under the new management and is in ok condition as of right now . The biggest problem is that they don’t provide a good service here . I had a horrible experience from the beginning and I still do. Maintenance is not doing a good job and they do not have enough people to do the job and take care of residents . When you go to the office , leasing agents ( 1 or 2) are focused on the new residents and you have to wait for them to take care of new visitors. They will tell you about great amenities but they are not all available. They will tell you about them during the sales presentation just to get your business ! Think twice before spending a lot of money of poor service!
I visted this complex. My wife and I decided to rent we explained that our move in date was not certain and asked for prices based on two dates. We were encouraged to provide a deposit to hold the home and pricing. We left a deposit, paid the application and administration fee and were told to return on Monday to work through the details select a date for move in. We called several times provied all the propor information Karen and Jill are completely incompetent and shouldn't managing anything could not open a simple email attachment or call to follow up. After five day i went yo the complex and was told the rates have changed and was being charged almost 100 more per month one leasing agent showed me my quote in the system that was correct an karen said it was never quoted this way and she couldnt find a record of it. Horrible place stay away unless your ok with losing your money or time Good luck all R.C
My experience with living in this apartment has been extremely poor from the administration office, maintenance and the support of the staff. Maintenance has fixed my refrigerator on multiple times. It almost like a quick fix and then one month later the same issue happens again. Same with my dish washer, I have been waiting for a dishwasher cap for the rinsing fluid since I moved into the apartment in July 2017. Administration: The site manager was extremely rude in tone and attitude during my initial interaction. It got to a point where I had to address her behavior. She corrected it and I have not had any issues since then but that is unacceptable for a front line manager who deals with customer. The staff is helpful for the most part but I do have an isolated incident recently where my apartment was broken into while i was away from home. The staff (Karen in particular) was extremely unhelpful and it was a bit disheartening from the lack of empathy. Though she expressed her condolences in my lost of material items, their staff has did very little to ensure this does not happen again. I will say maintenance did come over the following day to put a rod in my patio door. My door itself is still a bit unstable (another quick fix) and I feel extremely unsafe in my home with my son. I will say the community is beautiful and the front desk clerks are amazing to work with but that is washed away with the poor administration and the maintenance quick fix. I would not recommend this location for any young professional or professional at all especially if you top concerns are safety and customer service. The value you get for your money is not acceptable and I am highly disappointed. I hope to connect to their corporate office if at all possible
DO NOT LIVE HERE. It's become very dangerous. Some kids came through the neighborhood and smashed up a lot of cars with rocks. My hood has significant dents and my windshield is completely smashed. I had to get it towed and fixed, costing thousands of dollars. My neighbor's car was keyed bumper to bumper on both sides. We've received notices at our door about locking up due to the amount of break in's and burglaries in this complex. After numerous complaints, the management refuses to fix the broken lamp in the back of the complex for night safety.

Clientele has started to go down hill. great place because they allow large dogs. there is a park next door.
I have to say I'm quite pleased with living here. The location is ideal- close to everything (shopping, restaurants, hotels for family, gas station and so much more). The staff is super friendly and so are the residents! It's also very quiet all the time and is a gated community! The amenities are all up to date, the pool is amazingly beautifull too. I will stay another year ??
The area in the apartment complex is quiet. The office is helpful depending on who you talk to. I don't think the appliances ie a/c are very efficient. Somewhat higher electricity bills. Service fees are a little high(water, trash, sewer). Not used to being charged for individual water use. Wish they had Comcast but AT&T is your only choice for internet/tv, and you get like 8mbps max during peak hours Its not a bad place to be depending on how much you are paying for rent.
