I have no clue how this complex has 5 stars on this site but that’s a bunch of bull. It’s a terrible area, terrible management, and no security at all. It’s great that it’s gated but it’s the people who live there that you have to worry about. Breaking into cars, breaking windows, attempting to steal cars. Management doesn’t care when the issue is brought to them and they really only care that you pay your rent on time. Live somewhere else if you can help it.

Number one, management is terrible and have very bad attitudes. When you call to talk to the apartment manager, shes conveniently never in the office. When we first moved in, there were roaches and the apartment hadn’t been cleaned at all. Now they are kicking people out so they can raise the prices for an apartment that simply just isn’t worth it. Save your time and money and look elsewhere.

Although the inside of the homes are absolutely beautiful, do not waste your time living here. Not only is there pet waste throughout the property with trash always everywhere, the landscaping between buildings is not kept up with and the people that reside here are terrible. There is always music blasting. Even with calls to their patrol service and contact with the office, nothing is done. Also, if you enjoy the smell of weed throughout the area, this is your place to go.

Pay a lot of money to live here and you will get: a crappy layout, crappy amenities, terrible location, terrible staff, terrible compliance system, and terrible neighbor(s)hood, a lot more unsafe than you would think... don't waste your money spend it elsewhere that is a lot more worth it!
This is very beautiful place to live. Especially, i love the architecture of the buildings. And they are doing very good jobs on landscapes. Much yellow lantana flowers are giving us welcoming feelings. And staffs are very helpful.
The staff at Arzano apts are so caring and helpful. Tasha is great she always listens and really tries to help in what ever the issue may be. The apts are clean and safe. We have been here for three years . great great place to live!
Staff is amazing...floor plans amazing! I wouldn't live in any other apartments... If I do decide to move it will be into a house. Great quality. Can't go wrong with arzano...I'm a real person with real life problems...but arzano isn't one of them?
I actually really have enjoyed living in these apartments. The community is friendly, the apartments are all beautiful and are exactly what you expect when you look at the model. It's not like in some places where you see the model and it's awesome but your apartment is cheap and things fall apart all the time, these apartments really are exactly what they seem. Not cheaply made and the layouts are wonderful. The amenities they offer were also pretty great, considering the pool and workout room are 24 hours so even with mine and my husband's crazy late night schedule we could still use these awesome features when normally we miss out because these type of things close early (like 10pm) and we can't go until nearly 2am. That was a nice bonus. The gates always worked, the staff was always pleasant, I honestly don't have anything bad to say about these apartments except sorry we have to move (got a new job and these are a bit far out of our way now). I would highly recommend these to anyone looking for a nice place that doesn't even feel like an apartment!
I just renewed my lease and I must say that I have been enjoying my time as a resident at Arzano. Pros: spacious, clean, modern appliances, quiet neighbors, maintenance issues taken care of within 24 hours, friendly staff, accessible pool, close vicinity to mall, restaurants, grocery store, movies, 15 minute drive to strip. Cons: grasshoppers are frequent, it lessens with pest control but the little critters keep coming. Only 1 pool for the entire complex and it's not huge so it can fill up quickly, no pool cabanas but they're are shade umbrellas. No online rent payment (who doesn't have that nowadays?) No light fixtures in living room and 2nd bedroom. Overall, I love it at Arzano and the pros definitely outweigh the cons. I would recommend it to anyone!
