This community has Everything I need, from dog bath room to bbq to all amenities is a great location in wynwood area. Great parking garage for residents and visitors, fast communication from the staff. Always clean amenities and quiet neighbors.

Great help from the new leasing team. Helping fix incorrect parking ticket, getting my renewal just right, and maintenance taking care of everything very quickly.

Nice apartment but not clean when I moved in. Some amenities could be better, as the gym, not enough machines and they’re too old. Some activities could be proposed as gym classes.

The management never follows thru and I have to constantly chase them down with no results. It’s infuriating to deal with Tatiana who never does what she says. The worse management by far.

From the leasing office, to the tenants, and community events, Artem had been great! I really enjoy all the amenities and the location of the building.

The move-in experience was excellent! Front desk is the most helpful staff ever. The place is spotless and smell amazing. I very much enjoy living here.

Been good so far - friendly staff. Unit is made quite well and maintenance is usually quick to fix what is needed in the building so it's helpful.

Overall a good experience. I feel in a safe place. The neighbors are like a big family and the management has always been very helpful. The front desk staff is also very kind, gentle and servicial. The cleaning buddies are also great and always welcoming. I had nothing bad to say. The only thing is sometimes you get tickets even if you park in the assigned park area, and no one has a crear explanation or solution for this. The area is good also and my furry friend enjoys living here too. Very pet friendly

The facilities are nice, the problem is the people who live here. Every day, you find random puddles in the elevator, the elevator lobby, and random stains in the carpets. No idea where this stuff comes from, its just appears. The newest thing however is that residents are just letting their dogs leave big piles of poop in the garage, and are not cleaning them up. its absolutely disgusting. Every morning you can see the frustration in the eyes of the cleaning crew about how disgusting these residents are, and the things they have to do to clean up after them.

my experience so far has been great! I give it 4/5 starts because sometimes the management takes a long time to reply to emails, but if you have the time to go in person, they're usually quick with it.

It has been great! The staff is super helpful, especially Eulogio, such a gem, super attentive. The common areas are always clean which is super appreciated. I would probably change the time when the office space opens because I have meetings super early and wish I could take them there!

I'm having a great time so far, wish for more events to interact with my neighbors, but the amenities are pretty cool and everyone seems nice.

Been a great time living here so far! The community events are great since they have a few of those every month that all the residents can enjoy.

maintenance and front desk were amazing today at helping me with my service request. front desk was able to connect with maintenance asap and then maintenance also fixed the problem asap.

Building is really nice! Was a bit bumpy moving in with getting pieces organized, but largely due to being understaffed. All seems to be resolved and the management office is really nice!

Im having a great time here so far. The people seem nice the moving process was as smooth as it got, the amenities are pretty good too, including the pool and the gym.

Resident experience is what it is like to live in an apartment community for your renter. It goes beyond the physical aspects of an apartment, although that is important, too. But it's also the day-to-day aspects of apartment life like paying rent, visitor access, staff interaction, and reserving amenities.

Extremely helpful! We're very communicative when needing assistance receiving an important package. Were quick to respond to my service request. Renewing was so simple as well.

Everything has been going great! I love it. I give it 4 stars because there was one detail. I would have loved to receive another tour because I toured my apartment 2 months ago and already forgot everything. It would be great to get a tour once you move in. Other than that, I love it!

The building is great just have a few issues — There’s not a really a “24-hour” doorman — it’s morn like they’re there half the time and have a sign up the other half of the time so guests / delivery people are stuck in limbo until someone returns. I received a ticket (and so did my mom) for parking my car in guest parking even though the building said they would cover it when I received the ticket (as well as the one for my mother). They never covered it. I emailed Tatiana about 10 times and she never responded. There are some of silver fish in the bathroom and kitchen as well as in the closet Apart from that the building is great.

I loved to move here. It is a very nice, beautiful and calm place to live, I really enjoy the amenities and how it has been decorated. Something that I had never seen before is the Pet Spa, for me it is very useful, I always want my furry friend clean and nice. Also the management has been very willing to help, respectful and friendly. Definitely I am going to enjoy living here.

So far things have been great. Awesome amenities, friendly staff, and great tenants. Wynwood is an amazing area and these apartments are a perfect location.

Amenities are fantastic … would prefer to have access to pool at night bc don’t really have time during the day to enjoy it. Same for all the outdoor games and such.

Beautiful place, near to midtown and downtown Miami. With nice gym, pool, social lounge, game room. Very convenient. So far we love the experience

Move in was super easy and staff very nice! The apartment is very modern and clean with great amentities. Lots of stuff to do within walking distance.

The leasing office staff are very welcoming and attentive during the tour. However, once you become a resident, there are noticeable declines in service. The management and reception desk are frequently unattended, which has been a concern for many residents, including myself. Despite addressing these issues with leasing managers Grace and Jorge, there has been no significant improvement. Residents and me often face challenges with allowing our guests and deliveries through the door and experience many unanswered calls when contacting the front desk. Oh also, only the amenities floor is only one with regular cleaning. There isn’t maintenance done on the rest of the floors. Been here for a year and can’t recall how many times my floor stinks!

Overall my experience has been pretty good with this building. I came from a condo and this building and their management lets you be more free vs a condo association that has way too many rules and fees. It doesn’t get a 5 since the walls can feel a bit thin at times. The gym is very small, and the pool area should have a hot tub like since most of the new buildings all have them and for the price you pay it seems warranted. The apartments are modern and comfortable and the kitchen is where I spend most of my time so for that it’s been my favorite space to live in since moving to Miami along with the location right in the beginning of Wynwood!

Been great living here so far and always have community stuff going on. Friendly concierge people as well and maintenance is quick to get on top of things.

ARTEM is modern, clean, pleasant, maintained, excellent management, great location. I recommend living at ARTEM. We hate to leave but are moving out of state.

Amazing aesthetic and community. Very new and beautiful apartments. Close to everything you need by walking, even cross fit, trader joes and michelin star (or almost michelin star) restaurants plus the wynwood turistic areas. The gym, co-working space and pool are great. Difficult not love Miami living here!

It's been great so far. Staff has been friendly and appliances have worked well. Amenities have been easy and great to use as well. Overall a good experience.

Management office is great! Super informative and helpful! Helped with all of my questions and information for an additional parking pass. Jorge is always available when stopping by to ask a question.

Artem is great place to call "home", a building where it always feel sunny! The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs. The facilities are beautiful and kept clean every day. Great location.

Love living here! Everything about this building is very Wynwood -artsy, fun, and the people are incredibly nice. The building will host cute community events to meet neighbors and there are so many communal spaces to hang out or play games in. There’s also private rooms for working!

I love it so far! The apartment is new and very clean. The leasing management is very flexible. Concierge is 24/7 and very friendly. PS: It smells really nice Happy I chose Artem!

Building is very clean and nice, but seems like there’s a lack of communication between the property managers/leasing agents on general information about the building. I wasn’t given much information upon moving in on how to use the Butterfly app, where things in the building are located, security, amenities, there’s no map of the building, etc. And when I asked these questions half the staff didn’t know the answer or everyone gives me a different response. Also many things in this brand new apartment, upon moving in, were already not working or not in great condition. Scuff marks on the countertops I was told they can’t fix, microwave didn’t work, dishwasher door installed improperly. This apartment is just very expensive so I would hope the quality of service and condition of the unit would be top notch. Management needs to be more on top of these topics to give the residents a better living experience.

I love the building, amenities and the staff members! They really make you feel at home. I relocated from NY to Miami and love the area as well!

I'm so happy I chose Artem. I was really conflicted between a different apartment that had some larger floorplans but I ended up choosing Artem because it had a great deal on rent. I am SO happy with my choice. The amenities are great, the people are nice, and the staff is absolutely wonderful. The management has gone above and beyond to accommodate all my needs and make me feel welcome. It's also perfectly located between Wynwood and Midtown so you are surrounded by stuff to do. I would absolutely recommend this community.
