I absolutely love living here! My apartment is in a quiet part of the complex with minimal foot traffic, which makes it perfect for me. One of my favorite perks is being right across from Kiss Restaurant — sitting on my patio in the evenings and listening to their live music has become one of my favorite ways to unwind. I also enjoy the art galleries just across the street. Every third and fourth Saturday, they open their doors for public events, giving you the chance to discover new artists and even add to your personal collection. And honestly, the highlight for me is having Cheba Hut and The Baked Cakery nearby. The people there are amazing, and I love being able to just step outside and be part of all the fun and community vibes they bring every day.

I have had a great time living here yet my neighbors are horrible. They play loud music or have the tv full volume till 12 sometimes later in the night. I have tried multiple times to ask them to keep it down yet they keep doing it later on. I am not happy with that fact.

Disgusting, trashed property where no rules are ever enforced and nothing is ever cleaned either. Maintenance has no qualifications with zero effort to help anyone. The leasing staff does absolutely nothing all day but sling overpriced apartments to new victims. I have no idea why they even have a job, they do literally nothing all day. With the condition of the property, you would think no one even works there to begin with. How do you work in a leasing office 8 hours a day and nothing to show for it??? Guess it doesn’t help that they work for the world’s worst company.

Great community areas, friendly front office staff, always helpful, security is great. The only downside is that it smells like marijuana in the hallways more than normal.

I have been living at Art House for a year and I have not one complaint. There is no noise due to respectful neighbors. The garage is a plus for security. The two pools in various locations and the AMAZING city skyline view on the roof is a huge reason why initially signed. I just renewed for a second year and looking forward to it.

Our time at Art House has been an amazing experience. We love the location, amenities, cleanliness, and friendliness of the staff. We love being walking distance from entertainment and food. Being less than 5 minutes from Target makes this place even more perfect! The apartment is very spacious with tons of storage which is just what we need.

The leasing office is a huge red flag - they do not answer the phone / are very unresponsive. You have to chase them down to even try and lease the apartment. The apartments may look nice on the surface but when you move in there are lots of issues and the management company will try and not have to fix anything - took months to get something fixed after having to fight with them to fix it - horrible place.

Great community and great building. The staff in the leasing office and on the maintenance team are extremely kind and helpful. The amenities here are phenomenal and I couldn’t ask for a better location/neighborhood. Units are very modern and new.

I absolutely love everything about living here. From the location, to the amenities, I feel blessed to call this place home.
