Great community areas, friendly front office staff, always helpful, security is great. The only downside is that it smells like marijuana in the hallways more than normal.

I have been living at Art House for a year and I have not one complaint. There is no noise due to respectful neighbors. The garage is a plus for security. The two pools in various locations and the AMAZING city skyline view on the roof is a huge reason why initially signed. I just renewed for a second year and looking forward to it.

Our time at Art House has been an amazing experience. We love the location, amenities, cleanliness, and friendliness of the staff. We love being walking distance from entertainment and food. Being less than 5 minutes from Target makes this place even more perfect! The apartment is very spacious with tons of storage which is just what we need.

The leasing office is a huge red flag - they do not answer the phone / are very unresponsive. You have to chase them down to even try and lease the apartment. The apartments may look nice on the surface but when you move in there are lots of issues and the management company will try and not have to fix anything - took months to get something fixed after having to fight with them to fix it - horrible place.

Great community and great building. The staff in the leasing office and on the maintenance team are extremely kind and helpful. The amenities here are phenomenal and I couldn’t ask for a better location/neighborhood. Units are very modern and new.

Great place to live! Safe area and the amenities are amazing! The management have been extremely helpful and timely with any requests and always check in to see how things are going. We have been Extremely happy here and would recommend you check it out

I absolutely love everything about living here. From the location, to the amenities, I feel blessed to call this place home. The staff and my neighbors have been nothing but nice to me since I’ve moved in, it’s quiet, no one bothers me, and the property is gorgeous! I’m never bored because there is always something to do. Not to mention my favorite part…THE VIEW!! The views of downtown are spectacular! 10 out of 10 !

Destin, our leasing agent, was wonderful and very knowledgeable. I viewed the community and absolutely fell in love, so much so that I leased here and can’t wait to move in. This prime location in addition to the beautiful interior make this place ideal to live in.

The whole process at the art house from the the beginning to the actual move in was excellent. The staff was very helpful and very professional. I really enjoy all the amenities, gym lounge area ect. This week the team set up a beautiful valentines display with strawberries n other treats . Thanks Team Mario

Aileen has made our process of moving into the Art House very seamless. From our first showing till now, she has been in constant communication with us providing updates about the apartment status and making sure we had no issues after we moved in. We felt that we were important to the leasing team and they even gave us a welcome home gift! The maintenance crew has been very nice and accommodating as well anytime we have needed them to come by. It's been a week since we picked our keys up and we have been very happy here! Thank you to everyone at Art House!

This property is beautiful & in an excellent location! LaTora is super friendly & helpful! Cant wait for summer & the pools to open. Only negatives I have to comment on is there is only one operating elevator. The walls are so thin I can literally hear the person next to me listening to music on a reasonable volume & water run through pipes.
