Property Ratings at Aris Market Square
I lived at Aris Market Square for five years and moved out on February 28, 2025. Despite repeated assurances that my security deposit was mailed, I have yet to receive it. The current leasing staff has been unresponsive, refusing to return my calls, forcing me to follow up weekly for a status update. This has been the worst leasing experience I’ve encountered, and the lack of professionalism is unacceptable. I would not recommend this property to anyone seeking reliable customer service.
I moved in 6 years ago. There have been quite a few new highrise residential buildings that have been constructed in that time here in downtown, but NONE of them compare to the quality of life, leasing team, service staff, and residents here at Aris Market Square!
Been here for going on 6 years and I cannot get myself to move. From the amenities, the gorgeous rooms and floor plans, the residents, and the incredible staff that work there, it cannot be best. Amazing location, very walkable, and downtown is up and coming. You cannot go wrong at Aris Market Square!
A stunning & luxurious Hines property in the heart of Downtown Houston. Wonderful amenities and convenience! New management has recently come into keep this gem polished. Willowick has a wonderful team and especially Shelley, who is extremely professional and warm all while conquering a myriad of tasks. Between the property and residents ...just signed another lease with no plans of leaving anytime soon!

One of the most beautiful Greystar high-rises I have lived in. Very courteous mgmt team, maintenance team and Concierges are amazing. I love the views in my unit and the amenities are nice. Easy access to Bravery Chef Hall and Secret Garden. Valet takes too long many times and they should be more careful with resident vehicles but overall, I would live here forever. Management has made every effort to have resident events (COVID friendly) at off-site hot-spots and brunch on our amenity deck. Superior living experience!! Luxury all the way.

Most of the office staff is so rude all the time. They always seems to have something better to do than to help you with questions or concerns. Maintenance, concierge, and valet staff are amazing. The apartments are nice, but the overall experience is not worth the money.

The amenities are by far the best of any building in the city. That said, with ongoing construction and coronavirus, it is, perhaps the worse place to be. The construction is non-stop with no updates nor advocacy for residents by management. Likewise, there can be better wipes in the gym, regular soap and cleaning throughout the building, which it is obvious has made dramatic cuts in staff / staff leaving. This is also the first building that I have ever lived in where there are no weekly and monthly updates / publications of what's happening in and out of the building. Out of the buildings control is that there is no longer anything happening downtown with bars, the Arts and sports in the foreseeable future (Spring 2021). If not for these, this building would be fantastic, but honestly, in the present market, it's overpriced and residents are not getting fair value. Brunches should be brought back too. Safely and responsibly, of course. Thank you.

I just recently moved in, but I already feel like I'm a part of the local community. I love the location and proximity to work and the local restaurants. And, as a dog owner, I am thrilled with the dog-friendly environment. My only wish would be for a dog park within the ARIS Market Square building.

We would recomend to anyone the Aris Building. From the initial showing and walk through with Lyndsey, to moving into our apartment, everything went smoothly. We have been living here now for 3 weeks, we find the residents so friendly and the staff could not be more helpful.

Market square is amazing. I wish there were more amenities, but its super quiet and I love that.
This is a relatively new property and it takes time to iron out the kinks. The concierge does a great job and security could use two people on weekends. The building is clean except for hallway carpets! You see and smell dog urine ! Pet owners need to be responsible! Some residents put their trash by their doors! Does house keeping ever vacuum the floors hallways? Several neighbors have committed on this and I have only been here 20 days!

Living at Aris Market Square has been an excellent experience. The staff are incredibly helpful and welcoming which creates a great sense of community. We have had a chance to meet a good amount of our neighbors (now friends) through social events. The community is well-kept, within walking distance to my office downtown, and continues to exceed my wife and I's expectations.
