Overall, my experience living at anthology has been positive. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful (especially Ms. Stacey!). The shared spaces are kept clean and it is a nice building overall. I really like the addition of the dog park. When I submit a maintenance request, they usually come within a day. However, I will say that we’ve had a few issues with the responsiveness of management. My roommate and I have emailed them countless times with questions or problems, and do not receive a response most of the time. When we moved in, we had no idea how to pay rent or submit a maintenance request, and no one could tell us how. We submitted a pest control request that was never acknowledged. There is definitely some disorganization overall going on. No one seems to know the answer to questions when we ask them. Would recommend living here, but don’t expect much from management.

Anthology does have a lot of nice amenities but a lot of hidden fees that are not explicitly listed prior to move in, which I am having to pay now

Huge KUDOS to the Anthology Community Team!!! It has been such a joy to be a resident of The Anthology. The concierge team...Stacy, Rose, Marcel and Sariah are absolute Gems!!! Managers Jack and Ash are always ready and available and the Maintenance Team is on top of their game!!! Thank you for all that you do...Cheers!

The front desk staff is always very friendly and helpful! The lobby always smells so nice and there is a cozy vibe to it. Views from the rooftop are also impeccable!

The apartments are very nice. Management is kind and responsive. Maintenance gets tasks done quickly. This is a great place to live at a fair price.

I love the layout of my studio. It feels new and well built. The staff i met when moving in were really nice & helpful. The amenities and perks are great!

I have loved living here beautiful community and wonderful leasing staff! Always available to answer questions and concerns! It’s super safe especially with having a 2 year old I feel super safe!

i absolutely love anthology! i literally have no complaints. i love the pool, the gym, and the amazon lockers! i also love the hard work that carley and madison put in for the community. they always greet me with a smile :)

I’ve been living here for 4 years and it’s been fantastic. I love the management now and the office and maintenance staff are also great! Good quality apartments and great community.

Historically atrocious mismanagement and overcharging of utilities; unable to provide positive feedback.

Not worth the inflated price we pay. The office is consistently unresponsive and struggles to resolve resident concerns. The community portal has been down for months with no communication on when it will be restored. Pet policies are enforced inconsistently and unfairly. Unfortunately, the new management has made things worse, not better.

The rear units are quieter from traffic noises! The gym access is life saving! I will need tutorial instructions for propane grills in the courtyard!

We loved our time at Anthology. Thank you to Miss Stacy, Henry, neighbors, and many others over the years who made the community what it is - we appreciate you all and hope we see you again soon.

Anthology-A Historic Hub of H Street DC! Efficient public transportation! Near the heart of many museums to explore! Eatery from many cultures! Novelty places like book stores! Groceries across the street! Stay cation Living inside with loft style industrial views, roof top, Zen Garden Billiard room! Space event rental! Worth ALL the choices!

It's pricey, but the maintenance team is great. The location is wonderful (half a mile to union station and access to several bus lines), and the access to grocery stores (whole foods and giant) is awesome.

At first I loved living here but after a few months, it’s not worth the money or customer service that you experience from the leasing office team.

I just signed the lease for another year and I couldn’t be more happy to do so. :) I love the cozy community feeling I have living in this building and the management/staff communication is really great and efficient.

Definitely love it here! And being in my second year, it's not just a honeymoon phase. I love the warmth and community that this place screams all of the time. Definitely no place like home living here.

Staff is super friendly and the building is always well maintained. Plus service requests are always a breeze through the app and never take more than a day or two to complete.

Anthology has been a great place to call home as we settle into DC! It's cozy and has everything - a great gym, coffee shops down the street, easy parking, and friendly staff!

Living here at Anthology is nice. My daughter and I love the staff. Lyric really enjoys stopping by the front desk. The leasing office makes sure to greet us as we walk through and the fireplace really catches lyric eye. I glad to see the events changed up and walk by just seeing that eye catching event flyer makes me feel like I’m important. Being able to sure moments with other residents is Pretty cool.

The Anthology Team is truly the most amazing team in the DC Rental community! The Concierge Team members are so genuine and caring…I always feel the warmth and welcome home. The Maintenance team is always on point! And finally…the Leasing Team takes the time to listen and take care with all issues and concerns…I highly recommend The Anthology as your new home.

There is so much we enjoy about this community. The building and neighbors check off so many boxes for us. We've enjoyed living here. We also very much enjoy the community programming.

Anthology has the best Industrial Loft style presence to me! I love speaking Hello to others, the pets are controlled! The environment is very productive for me!

Its ok, i have various issue and challenges libing here but love the location and staff during my stay for the past years... hopefully it will keep improving

Worst living experience. Glad I moved out. Location is awful and very sketchy. Staff don’t know anything about the building, slow to get things done and are rude. Security is ATROCIOUS. There were many homeless people walking into the building because the front door security system was always broken.

I have been at the anthology for several months now and I have to say it’s amazing. The complex is clean, I love my room and I have had no issues thus far.

The staff is great at communicating any changes on site. The resident events are consistent and well thought out as well. As always, I love the concierge team!

Setting us the tour of community was extremely easy and smooth. Everyone was helpful. However, the approval process was long due to outside sources.

The positives of Anthology includes a clean buldinv, nice staff, amenities are great… a downside is the noise level from h street throughout the night

Location location location. It's a good spot for those who commute to Union Station. The grocery stores and the pharmacy are right there. Some buffer free parking also available. Apts are decent sized. The staff are great and amenities sometimes can be tricky like the pool, but overall a great experience.

Anthology has an industrial loft style that I expected in NYC! Now DC H Street Corridor has it! Safe, clean and very well kept! Great!

Wonderful staff and an amazing environment! They made getting an apartment here one of the easiest things I’ve ever done! Not to mention, they have wonderful amenities that can be used 24/7!

I just moved in about less than two weeks ago and so far everything has been amazing. The space in the apartment and the amenities that are available. I just wish the gym came with a personal trainer lol! The staff has been amazing, look forward to making this a forever home.

Relocating to Anthology as a 61 year DC Citizen is a HUGE rewarding experience! There are so many historical life experiences that I have about DC-H Street is the most historical business district in NE!! Kudos to being here!

I really love our new house! After New York, it's an island of peace and comfort. The apartments are very clean and bright. I love to start every morning with a workout in the gym, and then relax in the patio

I’ve been here for two years and overall would recommend it. H street NE is an interesting and diverse neighborhood but public transport can be an issue since union station does not go this far and the street car is unreliable

I have no complaints so far! We just moved here recently and I love the area, the building, and most importantly the gym. They keep all public areas nice and clean and leasing has been readily available.

lots of safety issues happening around the building. Do not think that management is taking concerns seriously or addressing the issues effectively.

love living here, can't imagine moving; current building management is solid; Greystar, not so much. Have seen 10 different building managers come and go over the years, and three full staff turnovers - folks who came up to management through the building are great, the ones Greystar sends are hit and miss. Overall, one of the best deals you'll get in the area - but if you move here, get to know your neighbors (community vibrancy has been down as gentrification residency has gone up)

We’ve been here for several months and still enjoy our home. The community events are fun and makes it extra enjoyable to live here. Ms. Stacy is the best front desk staff ! So welcoming

Great community to live in. The front desk is friendly and the amenities are amazing to utilize. They always have meet ups so its easy to meet your neighbors.

Seamless move-in...Concierge Team had everything ready...wonderful!!! Freight Elevator was very easy to handle...Loading dock made for easy access :)!
