Minor, also known as Squire Park, is home to Seattle University, which sits along the western border. Property Ratings at Anthem on 12th
I’ve been at Anthem for about 2.5 years. The folks in the office have been great whenever I needed, queried and expressed concerns. For my few concerns actions are normally taken quickly. Hannah (leasing) and Robert (Maintenance) are always fab and responsive. Community activities tied residents together at this community pre-Covid, but the bldg has Ben active in mitigating any spread of the virus with signs, social distancing and hand sanitizer.
This is a new building, just opened this year with a super cool music theme to it - they are even working on building band practice rooms right now! We love the rooftop view (especially the fire pit at night) and the fitness center, plus the whole place just looks amazing (very well designed) and the guys in the office are so genuine and easy to get along with. They are pet friendly and even have a dog area up on the roof. Definitely recommended!
this is a brand new building. Unlike some new buildings Anthem has character! From the outside you'll see bright colors, nice landscaping which that this area of Seattle needs. Inside you'll find a gym, a community room with free wifi, TV and kitchen and on top of the building a rooftop deck with BBQ's, a fire pit and a beautiful view of Mount Rainier and downtown Seattle. The apartments themselves are well designed, lots of storage, stainless appliances, big bathroom and stackable washer and dryer.
Awesome cool new place to live! Staff is always around for assistance. There is a community page that is a great way of communicating with staff and other residents.
