First, let me say Kari Kneves is 100% 5 stars. Also, the maintenance team is world class and I really love living here and my apartment home. Then why am I giving the place only 3 stars? Because their parking is literally the worst I’ve ever seen. Legit, my personal spot is a 3min walk to my apartment. Which was ok until they started letting cars park for over six months without moving. That’s the case of a car I sent in the pictures about. People are so rude they’d leave their cars in the only two spots close to most peoples apartment homes. The other pictures these same individuals took both spots for over four months. I wish people weren’t so rude, It’s bad for everybody and I can not believe it’s been allowed. I’d love to give the place 5 stars but with this being allowed I simply can’t.

We are loving our new place!! We got the three bedroom upper floor and can't couldn't be more than pleased with our new home! The front office staff has been very attentive and welcoming, as well as taking care of our requests, usually answered within 24 hours. Maintenance guys are very nice and helpful! The whole process from signing our lease to moving in our place has been very seamless! Lashonda And Kari are the best! Thank you both!

All of the staff at Altessa is amazing! They made the moving in process super easy. We were renting from a distance and not locally and we really appreciated how they followed up with everything and always kept us in the loop; when they did that, we knew that we were in good hands. Maintenance issues are resolved quickly. The grounds are kept looking as nice as they were on opening day! The gym equipment is the best maintained that I have seen, even at some major gyms! The area is amazing and close to everything that you need on a daily basis. The apartments are laid out well with good flow and we are loving the no carpet on the main living area floors. The staff here is really the icing on the cake though, you don't feel like a stranger and they always call you by name. This place is awesome!

I love the location here in west Summerlin. We have everything close by. The staff is friendly and the maintenance men are speedy. The apartments are nice and the grounds are clean. Highly recommended.
