The hustle and bustle of some neighborhoods may remind you of a three-ring circus. Bailey’s Crossroads, however, is quite chill and distinguishable from others with its laid-back attitude and circus background, ironically.

Property Ratings at Alta NOVA
Within a month after moving, there have been one fire, two big electric outages. The mandatory wifi often doesn't work. Now they are saying, the buildings equipment cable is burned, damaged. Cox refers me to the management, the management refers me to Cox. They have no clue. Copy, paste responses with no resolutions. The swimming pool also has a cookout section. 2 parties with some guests from outside with banging loud music. You can't read or watch a movie at your home if it is on poolside. A request it to be controlled was ignored. 45 days after moving in, I am making plans to move out. Since all is electric, each time there is a power outage, nothing can be done. They force you to pay 75 monthly fee for wifi, yet I don't have an access often. It is upsetting if I need to work from home. All they can say 'sorry to hear that'
