There are a lot of subpar rentals in Eastie (trust me, ive tried them). The leasing office has been great and any small hiccups have been addressed promptly. 5 stars.

Nos mudamos a Addison hace tres semanas y nos encanta. Estamos increíblemente felices con nuestra decisión. He vivido en todo tipo de viviendas y también he sido propietario de varias (condominios, casas unifamiliares, apartamentos, etc.), y algo es seguro: siempre habrá algo que se rompa o algún detalle por resolver. Para mí, como inquilino, lo más importante es cómo la administración maneja estas situaciones inevitables. Hasta ahora, el gerente de la comunidad, Gabriel, junto con Michael, el equipo de mantenimiento y el de conserjería han sido fantásticos. Además, el sentido de comunidad aquí es algo que realmente se siente. Me encantan las amenidades, y sinceramente, fueron la razón principal por la que decidimos mudarnos aquí.
I’ve had a great experience living at Addison. The community has a really artistic and creative vibe that makes it feel unique and welcoming. The amenities are modern and well-maintained, and everything from the common areas to the fitness center has been thoughtfully designed. The leasing team is fantastic; Michael and Gabriel are always available and incredibly helpful. Jeff, in particular, is super friendly and makes sure any work orders are handled quickly and professionally. It really makes a difference having a team that genuinely cares about residents. Overall, I can’t recommend Addison enough. It’s been a great place to call home.
I’ve been living at The Addison for almost 2 years and I’m still loving it . If you just wanna sit in the back and swing on the swings like you were a kid again You can Game of pool Ping pong no problem we got it Have some friends or family over for a meal We have an Industrial kitchen where you can sit several friends and enjoy a home cooked meal . You have to come and look around for yourself YOULL FALL IN LOVE WITH ADDISON JUST LIKE I DID
Great property with tons of amenities and fun community events every month! I've really enjoyed meeting my neighbors and networking within the community. The Latch system is a great feature; it allows you to unlock your apartment and access amenities right from your phone. There’s also a great variety of food options in the area.Jeff from the service team is fantastic; he completes all my maintenance requests promptly and efficiently. Michael and Gabriel in the leasing office are always friendly, professional, and available to help with anything I need. I love living here; thank you to the entire team for making this such a great home!
Otherwise everyone at Addison is friendly and nice. The staff are very helpful and response to your issues or concerns in reasonable time .

I love being here but one thing troubles me and that is why is it that you have the bbq grills near where dogs play and do their business and I don’t think that you all had the tenants in mind because no wants to cook near where dogs play run around and do their business that is so disrespectful

I moved into the Addison a couple weeks ago and have had a great experience here since moving in. Sabine has been great to work with and made the process of getting a lease super easy. Before this apartment, I was looking for weeks in Malden and had to pay expensive fees to fill out forms to possibly rent an apartment, but the process at The Addison was quick, simple, and painless by comparison. My apartment also is very roomy and has nice fixtures and everything feels new and well taken care of. Also, the amenities on the property - from the gym to creativity room to theater room and more - are wonderful and make this place seem like more than just a place to sleep. The Addison is a place to enjoy.

If you’re looking for a new modern layout along with endless amenities then Addison is definitely a good fit. I’ve been living at Addison for about two months and absolutely love it! Since The Addison first opened I wanted to live there I'm a member of Planet Fitness and EVERYTIME i would hit the gym I would think I Would love to live there The location to everything the complex and surroundings are beautiful and the gym looked incredible Now I'm living there and theres even more Amenities inside its really like living in a 4 star hotel . I've had a couple friends visit and there totally blown away at how beautiful it is inside (pool, game room,gym, the common sitting areas ) totally impressed with the apartments everything is new If anyone is looking for a change or needs to move They have to check out THE ADDISON I LOVE IT BECAUSE ITS NOT LOCATED IN A CROWDED AREA BUT SO CLOSE TO BOSTON . I’ve been living at the addison for 14 months and did not renew my lease because of several issues. The surface level looks great, brand new and modern. However, after living there for 1 month my cabinets fell apart, the water would go from hot to cold and not be stabilize. There were pipes that bursted in empty units which cause the units people were living in to also flood, alarm constantly goes off. Management is unresponsive, they don’t get back to you quick enough, they have had several turnovers in the leasing office, if you have an issue and need help the leasing office gives you attitude or aren’t helpful at all, they aren’t nice and they don’t really care about the renters they only care about renting out the units fast. I don’t recommend living at the addison, it’s expensive for the location and the quality of the units. Also no one needs a climbing wall in the middle of the gym. If i could rate this place lower than 1 star I would.

The apartments and building amenities appear nice on the surface. However, the apartments are cheaply made, and after living here for some months, many corners were cut building this property. There were/are a lot of small issues with the apartments, such as squeaky doors, squeaky shower flowers, poor lighting in the bathrooms, and fans that NEVER turn off (which makes the electric bill higher than what it should be). We have had our air go and hot water go out, and it seems the causes were due to things not being installed correctly. Too many issues for a brand new building.
