Adaire

At the time of writing this review (11/1/2024) Adaire Apartments has a rating of 4.7 out of 5 on www.apartments.com. This rating is completely fraudulent. I am giving it one star and I would give zero if that were possible. I won't repeat my comments from a previous review, but I'll talk about a few recurring items and one new item that are worth mentioning. There is an ongoing problem where residents dump their trash on the floor instead of dropping it down the trash chute like they are supposed to. There are four elevators in the building, but they are barely ever all in service at the same time. Cars continue to illegally double park on the driveway outside the apartment building. The HVAC for the building has been out of commission for nearly two weeks. Management has given no indication for when service will return to normal.

I have lived at Adaire for over two years. Positives: The proximity to Spring Hill metro station and major highways (Leesburg Pike, 267/Toll Road, 495, etc.) makes Adaire an excellent location for commuters. Good management staff, friendly concierge, and packages are easy to pick up (Amazon Hub). Negatives: Adaire is very noisy, particularly if your apartment unit has a balcony facing Leesburg Pike (traffic and metro noise). Unassigned garaged parking is challenging if you drive a larger vehicle, so I'd recommend upgrading to a reserved parking spot in the garage (levels P1 or P2).

Great place to live in the heart of Tyson’s! My apartment view and balcony are amazing. Love all the amenities, especially the gym, party room and Debbie at the front desk is so pleasant and knowledgeable!

Good location near major roads and Metro station. Good view. The maintenance team solves any problem.

Sense of community , great leasing and concierge team and very laid back .

Adaire is a comfortable community and the staff have been continuously helpful and friendly. The community amenities are nice and well-maintained, and the location right next to the metro is very convenient for traveling as well.

The Adaire is a great place to live. Management is responsive and maintenance is always quick.

An apartment life that outs you back in touch with the natural day/night cycle of the city. On top of Silver Line metro, and minutes from all necessities.

Everything here makes you feel at home from the minute you get here. The metro is right around the corner and many stores in walking distance. The room outlay is fantastic and super modern. Overall this place is fantastic love it here!

Adaire is an excellent experience and value for your money.

I recently moved in and have fallen in love with the building. Having staff 24/7 is such a blessing when moving in and working odd hours, so that has been a big plus. The views and floor to ceiling windows are a big perk, as well. Looking forward to using the rest of the building's amenities soon!

Other than noisy neighbors, living at Adaire has been very pleasant! All of the stuff is excellent and I also love the community events that are thrown here.

The gym is awesome. Rooftop views are gorgeous @ sunset in the lounge/party room. Location is everything and youre in the heart of Tysons Spring Hill neighborhood.

The Adaire is very modern and is maintained very well. The staff is friendly and helpful and the building management is accessible. I looked at a number of properties and am very happy I chose the Adaire.

This is really nice apartment. My first home in the U.S..... I have to leave in December due to my personnel reason, but I will never forget the pleasant memory here.

All of my experience in Adaire is good. Nice view, perfect amenities, and of course a good location. However, it would be better if there was a chance to get a discount on rent. It is just my hope. hh

I have contacted so many agents and leasing management staff until moving in. However, the staff from Adaire was (is) the most professional and friendly, which was one of the biggest reason we decided to take this apartment. The facilities and the services make our life more fullfilled. Thank you.

I have really enjoyed living at the Adaire! Management, Concierge, and Maintenance teams have been great and its fun participating in events both virtually and on-site.

So happy that I made the move to Adaire! The amenities are top notch and the staff is professional, friendly and attentive. And definitely cant beat the location, location, location!

It has been everything I thought it would be and more. Leasing is amazing, Stephen is beyond helpful with any issues or concerns. The building is kept clean by the tremendous maintenance team and it's a very quiet community. Sometimes it feels like I'm the only person on my floor. I have friends that live in other buildings in the area this is by far my favorite

We've only been here a few weeks, but the Adaire's been great. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and the apartments are really nice. Y'all are doing a great job!

I love to leave at Adaire, wonderful location, and amenities, I love the pool in the summer and spring, the golf simulator is a must have. You have to see what a sun raise we get from this place, Amazing!!!!!

The Adair staff resolved my request in a professional and expeditious manner which resulted in maximum comfort, my favorable view of this community, and continued desire to live here.

Its a great community with friendly neighbors but the building amenities need to be maintained as there is strong competition in the surrounding area. Management need to be friendlier it a customer service job after all.

I'm home in Adaire especially my very first time to live alone and I thought it was just for one tear but this now my second year... I am comfortable to live alone. It fits with my lifestyle! Just perfect for me! Im in one bedroom with huge living room and a lot of sunlight, I have and sunrise in my bed, sunset on the rooftop, the gym, swimming pool, and park it walk around. .a perfect place for me to live I'm grateful!

This is the cleanest apartment community I have lived in with a modern feel. Its like living in a resort. Highly recommended.

Living at Adaire has been great so far. The community and staff members were really welcoming. I love my apartment especially for its size and floor to ceiling windows. The concierge have also been very helpful. Looking forward to the next few months.

Adaire is a beautiful property with a variety of floor plans to meet your needs. The built-ins in the closets are especially amazing. The staff is also always on top of any problems that arise. My only complaint is that there are very few events for the property. I see this improving as I live here, but it is still lacking a bit in comparision to some other properties I've lived at.

An attractive high-rise apartment building located in the upscale Tysons Corner. Professional and friendly staff will make you feel at home on the first day.

Ive been living at Adaire for a little less than a month, and so far Im very happy with this building. The residents are very friendly, the Amazon Hub is convenient, and the walls are very thick. I can barely hear my neighbors at all. The elevators come in a timely manner considering that there are over 30 floors, I am impressed. The AC/heating works well. My one complaint is that there is always a car blocking the street to the garage and that can become quite hazardous.
