I moved in December 2024 , and the house was disgusting. The tub is peeled has black stuff all it I tried cleaning it nothing. Then roaches are everywhere. Has scorpions coming in I have 2 little kids they ain’t do nothing. They don’t answer the office phones , but want to take all my money smh. Once my lease is up this year I’m not renewing and if I get some more funds I’m breaking the lease. Do not move here I should’ve listen to the comments
Like the title says. Plus they don't care at all about existing tenants. The office is there to sign new tenants and ignore existing ones. Avoid at all costs.
BUILDING FF Unit 587 I'm writing this to warn people of the experience I faced the two years I was there. The building I was in has a cockroach infestation, I had their exterminator service, as well as the hiring outside exterminators to help, but to no avail. It was embarrassing inviting people over and seeing roaches on the walls and on the floor. I couldn't leave dishes in the sink without seeing bugs crawling on them minutes after. Plus sleeping and finding them on my sheets was the lowlights of my life. I'm writing this to let everyone know my experience. The people in the front office helped me the best they could, but paying so much for an awful experience cannot be looked over. It's a blessing I found a way out and don't have to live here again. If you are looking for an apartment, stay away from here.
I reside in an apartment that requires significant updates. Upon moving in, I noticed burn marks on the floors and countertops, as well as a hole in one of the windows, and a persistent smoke odor. Despite management's efforts to address the issue, the smell persists, when neighboring residents smoke. Additionally, the thin walls allow for significant noise transfer, making it difficult to find peace. The presence of roaches further compounds the living conditions, and the unavailability of laundry facilities for an extended period has been inconvenient. Furthermore, the limited access to the pool due to frequent maintenance closures has been disappointing. On top of these challenges, my car has been broken into twice within the past three months, with the additional issue of gas siphoning occurring twice. I am just waiting for my lease to end.
I've been complaining about the dishwasher since last year when I moved in its roach infected the tub been peeling since I moved it's a big crack in the wall nothing has gotten fixed worst place I ever stayed it's gone rain honey buns and Skittles if I renew anything around here
I moved here in Jan 2021, prior to me moving I was very skeptical due to the recent reviews but when the new management came in they removed half of the Complex . When I got here the bottom unit was abandoned and had roaches so it made us have them but once I told the management they spray every Friday and now that ppl are in that unit we haven’t had a issue for a while now . Our neighbors are very quiet and even tho I have young kids that I’m sure make a bunch of noise the unit under me say they don’t hear us. I also have a golden retriever and the space has enough room for her to run with the kids. I like it tho Lysette in the front is super helpful if u ever need anything for the most part they whole staff is I needed help putting up my tv and the maintenance man helped me put up my wall mount LOL so i would give this place a chance you might like it like my family does
