Professionally house cleaning will be provided on a monthly basis. This cleaning would cover the shared living spaces only and would not include your private bedroom or bathroom. If you would like your bedroom and bathroom professionally cleaned as well, we can discuss splitting the additional cost, or you are welcome to maintain those areas yourself. Shared spaces should be kept clean and organized. Please clean up after yourself in the kitchen, living room, laundry area, and other common areas so the home remains comfortable and respectful for everyone. Guests are welcome but must be approved by me in advance. For everyone's safety and security, no guests are permitted while I am away from the house. Additionally, overnight guests are not permitted at any time. Smoking, vaping, marijuana, and the use of illegal drugs are not permitted anywhere on the property, including both inside the home and outside. First and last month’s rent and the deposit are due at lease signing.
