The primary bedroom includes its own private en-suite bathroom, offering comfort and convenience. A washer and dryer are included in the home for added ease. Additional highlights include a roomy two-car garage and a private outdoor space perfect for BBQs or soaking up the sun. Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM to help maintain a peaceful environment for everyone. Pets are welcome. If you have a service animal, please provide the appropriate legal documentation. All pet owners must clean up after their dog, both inside the property and outdoors. Parking is available on the street directly in front of the house. Utilities will be split between us each month. If you'd like, I'm happy to provide screenshots of the monthly utility bills so you can see the typical monthly costs and how they're divided. Professionally house cleaning will be provided on a monthly basis. This cleaning would cover the shared living spaces only and would not include your private bedroom or bathroom. If you would like your bedroom and bathroom professionally cleaned as well, we can discuss splitting the additional cost, or you are welcome to maintain those areas yourself. Shared spaces should be kept clean and organized. Please clean up after yourself in the kitchen, living room, laundry area, and other common areas so the home remains comfortable and respectful for everyone. Guests are welcome but must be approved by me in advance. For everyone's safety and security, no guests are permitted while I am away from the house. Additionally, overnight guests are not permitted at any time. Smoking, vaping, marijuana, and the use of illegal drugs are not permitted anywhere on the property, including both inside the home and outside. First and last month’s rent and the deposit are due at lease signing.
