There is active construction next to the property. Quiet hours are observed between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. Renters must be at least 21 years of age. Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. No smoking is permitted on the property at any time. All guests shall not engage in illegal activity. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by pets, and charges will be applied as needed. If the home requires excessive cleaning due to pets, an additional cleaning fee of up to $250 may be assessed. Guests must clean up all pet waste in the yard and dispose of it properly.
