Centrally located within the heart of Nashville, this home is just moments from downtown. It's nestled in the charming Hope Gardens Neighborhood, less than a mile from Germantown, Nashville's Farmers Market, and Marathon Music Works. The area is also full of dining and drinking spots, including Geist for brunch, Mother Ruin for artisanal cocktails, and Central BBQ for mouthwatering bites. The home is less than a mile from Germantown, Sound Stadium, the Nashville Farmers Market, The North Gulch, and Marathon Music Works, and just a short drive or rideshare to all that Nashville has to offer. There is active construction next to the property. Quiet hours are observed between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. Renters must be at least 21 years of age. Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. No smoking is permitted on the property at any time. All guests shall not engage in illegal activity. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by pets, and charges will be applied as needed. If the home requires excessive cleaning due to pets, an additional cleaning fee of up to $250 may be assessed. Guests must clean up all pet waste in the yard and dispose of it properly. Please refrain from using decorations that include glitter or confetti or using tape, tacks, or other adhesive on the surfaces. There will be an additional cleaning fee of up to $500 for violations of the house rules above or for excessive cleaning required. The hot tub is professionally cleaned, and the water is refreshed prior to each arrival. During colder temperatures, when the water has been replaced, it may take up to 24 hours from check-in for the hot tub to fully heat while covered and retaining warmth. In cold weather, the hot tub may have difficulty maintaining temperatures above 95°F. A $400 fee will be charged if glass or other substances are found in the hot tub.
