Looking for someone to take over our lease till the end of the lease, 14th of May. The lease cannot be renewed after that. We purchased a house and have moved out, the apartment is available to occupy now. The rent for one and half months is only $1200. Similar apartments in the same community are going at $1600+. But you would need to take over the lease officially thru the leasing office. Rent : $1200 + Utilities 2 br/2ba apt on the ground floor of the building in a cul-de-sac. There is open parking inside the community with parking spots just 15 feet from the door. Very easy to carry groceries. You can also lease garages from the leasing office.
