Dogs welcome! We host one dog but on a case by case basis can host 2. No cats. ALL Utilities included in rent: water/sewer, gas, electric, WIFI internet (as is), trash fee, one car parking on the driveway. To rent you will need to sign rental agreement, provide reservation fee/security deposit and first month rent and cleaning fee ($300 per long term stay) upon signing.
