When you first come in from the front entrance stairs, you come into a bright living room with a decorative fireplace, original wood trims and plenty of light with double pane windows throughout. Next to the living room is a separate dining room that has a built-in hutch, great for storage. The dining room leads to the renovated kitchen that has a gas stove, quartz counters and stainless-steel appliances. The back entrance gives you direct access to the kitchen and mud room. We are pets friendly! This is one of the best locations in Roslindale close to the Village, Arboretum (Forest Hills Orange line at the end of the Arboretum), commuter rail (15 mins to BackBay and South Station) and buses. Longwood Medical Center is only a 15-20 minutes drive from Centre Street and Jamaicaway. Available beginning June with low cost move in for the renters, just first month’s rent and security deposit. Please note that the current tenants are moving out due to work outside of the state, and all the furniture you see is for sale. The prior tenants of the unit called this top unit home for 6 years, and the current tenants downstairs have called this home since 2018.
