My experience has been very good, the condominium has always solved all the situations that have somehow made me uncomfortable. The maintenance has always been between two or three days after the order, and that's very good and I've liked it because they're always ready to solve our issues

Delivery is always an issue in building 2. I don’t even order food anymore because it never gets to me. Also, the door for the garage is always having issues so it stops working and is left open. This kind of makes it easy for anyone to come in at any time. The carpet is dirty and it’s never really vacuumed or cleaned. I do like the location of the apartment and the different activities they set up for the residents.

They delayed our pick up key day to move in so it was stressful but we managed I do think the leasing people were going to fast about the contract and rules. It was great but it wasn’t horrible.

The community is very quiet. The amenities are great. My kids love the hammocks. They can’t wait to get it the pool. There is plenty of parking which is a plus. Location is very convenient. So far so good!

This apartment is okay. With everything that is not up to par they are charging an arm and a leg for bare minimum. The garage doors STAY broke, carpet in hallways needs to be replaced, the balconies on some units are rusting at the base of the rails, loud And noisy dogs all day and night, the hanging lights outside are broken and when you call courtesy officers for noise complaint they never seem to handle the situation. I would NOT renew my lease if these issues are not fixed

I like it here I think the carpet in my hall should be replaced the lights in the court yard are broken. But other than that it’s cool. I think I could renew my lease and extend it. I love the pool in the summer months as well

Walls are thin. I can hear noise from the hall and next door. There’s even dogs that live 4 doors down that I can hear at any time of day or night. Very annoying. I know neighbor noises are normal, but these dogs are loud and yappy. Amenities are great, though! Not my favorite neighborhood in Houston. I don’t walk around anywhere at night in this city but I definitely don’t walk around this area. Kinda sucks that rent is going up when the crime is as well as more late night bars and lounges being built. It makes the area VERY loud at 3am as well as late night traffic coming home from work. Staff and maintenance have always been great, pleasant and very good communicators. The unit itself is very nice. Lots of cabinet space in the kitchen and bathroom. Full size washer/ dryer in unit is always a plus. Good flooring. A modern feel and aesthetic.

I have been a resident through many changes and many managers. We have less riffraff now, new floors, fun resident activities, responsive office staff, and a great maintenance crew.

The rent keeps going up every year but no changes have been made nor have the experience been better!!! We are charged for amenities that are unnecessary and outdated

Location and space is great. Rent is a good price but could be lower. Amenities are kinda mid. Package lockers are located in the most inconvenient place and I never get packages on time because most of the time deliveries need access to the office to get to the lockers. Security features like the garage gate and outside door key fob locks are always broken.

I hate that you can’t really see the parking lines. People park crazy and don’t care about others. I don’t really like how thin the walls are. So if people are loud you can hear their conversations outside in the hallway. Also there is also a lot of trash in the parking garages a lot of the time or in the hallways.

So far so good 2 days in and not a single complaint the main office was great especially Susan very accommodating the Maintenance team also went above and Beyond so far I give this place a good 10/10

In general I can say I am happy with this building facility. I like that now we always have security and that the gate is working and whenever gets damaged it gets fixed quickly. I appreciate the office support all the time.

It’s nice. Would be 5 stars if the gate for the garage worked properly all the time. And if the fire alarm didn’t go off randomly when there isn’t a fire.

Not worth the price and they keep raising the price every time I renew my lease! We have been through 3 managers in a year and still no progress!

I love this community and comfy live conditions of the complex. It was not so easy to find a good place for life with an attractive price, but I did it with 8820!

Acceptable except for a few issues ie...garage gate, non working elevator, and nasty carpet in hallways. Staff nice and accommodating. Most neighbors are cordial.

There could be better care for the apartment. The flooring in the hallway is full of stains and makes the hallway smell especially with different food being made. Stairwells constantly smelling like dog pee. The outside of apartments could use some work. But so far its pretty quiet, i love my apartment specifically and the appliances are up to date.

The process was smooth and easy. The ladies in the office were amazing!!! I had to move suddenly and sign sight unseen but Stephanie was very present and Susan sent me a great detailed video and Tiana handled my move in day and gave me a last minute tour before giving me my Keys!!! Thank You guys!!

Very nice apartments! Happy to be there! My cat loves it too haha. Its very quiet and nothing bad has happened during my stay so far. Apartment floor was a bit dirty but that's an easy fix

Great staff. The community is located about 10 min from the galleria and 610! Great amenities! Only down side is some residents are not very clean and can make the property seem less than appealing. Staff does however do a great job at communicating with residents and listening to the concerns.

The Community has gone down significantly since I’ve moved on last year. Residents allow their pets to defecate in the hallways and leave it there. Trash is left in front of access doors & in the elevator. This complex is not food or grocery delivery friendly. Two shooting on & near the complex. Pool area is always noisy with “EXTREMELY LOUD” music-So loud your patio door shakes. Vehicles are vandalized and don’t even get me started on those gates
