Hi all! I have a master bedroom with attached bathroom available March 1st (or sooner if needed). I will need to end my lease as I will be moving further downtown. Currently there is 1 other person living in the apartment who will have his own bedroom and bathroom. The apartment's are brand new (i was the first to live in it) with all top of the line appliances. Stainless steel in the kitchen, granite tops and wood panel floors. Living room has floor to ceiling windows with sunblock shades. Beautiful light fixtures on the ceiling in the living room and kitchen. Dishwasher, microwave, fridge all included. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. AC/Heat within the unit. Apartment comes with balcony and patio furniture. The apartment including the master bedroom will be fully furnished! you literally just have to bring yourself. Master Bedroom: comes with queen bedset and side table. There is a ceiling fan installed with variable speed. Two windows in the master bedroom overlooking outdoor patio with fire pit. Master Bedroom is carpeted. Master Bathroom: granite tops, tile floor, two sink counter top with walkin closet. Alot of storage space within the bathroom. Tub with shower. Water is perfect temperature! The rent is approx $1000/month and utilities varies but generally you are looking at a total of $1100/mo. Future tenant will need to commit to a long term stay as the lease ends in June 2018. Apartment comes with indoor parking in secured garage with elevator access straight to the apartment. Amenities: 3800 Main is a large complex with two buildings. If you choose to stay you will have access to TWO GYMs, outdoor patio with fire pit and BBQ grill, pool area with outdoor TV's and BBQ grills, two resident lounges that include spacious kitchen, TV, billiard, and view of downtown houston. There is also free coffee in both lobby's of both buildings as well as a resident office room for studying and printing. You will have your own mailbox with key. Complex hold several resident events throughout the year which include free food and drinks. Apartment Location: located in heart of midtown right off the light rail. Perfect for work access into downtown or the medical center. Cheap uber drives (generally $5-7) to bars all in close by areas (midtown, montrose, heights, galleria, river oaks, downtown, rice university area) and the light rail can take you straight to Toyota center (rockets play) or NRG Stadium (houston texans play) or all downtown bars. About 3-4 bars are just walking distance from the apartment complex and 2-3 restaurants are also walking distance. Current Roommate: 33 yo male. He is a great guy! My Co-worker that I've lived with for over 1 year. He is a physician. He is fun, laid back. likes to play sports, cook, read, work out, have occasional drinks with friends on weekends.
