I have two bedrooms available in my 3 bedroom house. The house is newly remodeled and in very good condition and is modern themed. All of the furniture is brand new as well as most of the appliances in the kitchen. The house is located in enterprise (SW Vegas) right off of South Rainbow and the 215. Right across the street is the Arroyo Crossing shopping center. There is a Home Depot, Sams Club, Walmart, Best Buy and so much more in the shopping center as well as a ton of restaurant's and shops on Rainbow (and a brand new Costco a few blocks away on Buffalo Dr). About me... I am a 44 year old male, just myself in the house currently. I have worked in the fitness industry for the last 15 years and am transitioning into the life and health insurance industry. I am polite, courteous and easy going (looking to bring the same kind of person in here). Both male and female are very welcomed to apply... this is a very quiet and safe neighborhood; safety and your privacy in my home is the #1 priority to me as the home owner. I want you to be able to have a great experience while living here. Specifics: -Month to month... Just give me a 30 day notice when you plan to leave. -First and last month due to move in, no fee's or security deposit. You will not have to pay your last month rent when you give your notice since you will have already paid it when you moved in. -Utilities are included in the rent... heat, AC, gas/electric, internet. -You will have full access and use of the kitchen (welcomed to cook), and the living room. Living room has a brand new, super comfortable couch and new 65 in TV. -There is plenty of extra cabinet space for storage. -I have bought an extra full-size refrigerator for the 2 tenants to split so you have plenty of refrigerator/freezer space. -There is an extra, large size mini-refrigerator available for the bedroom of the first person to move in if desired. -I will provide all of the cleaning supplies, paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, and brand new bath towels for the tenants as well as stock your refrigerator every week with free bottled water as a small perk :) -You have access to everything in the kitchen... All utensils, pots/pans and cook ware are brand new. Also brand new to use: expresso machine, coffee bean grinder and 12 cup coffee maker that is yours. I don't mind sharing my coffee with you as well. -I can add 1 person to my Costco membership for free, if that is something you want. -This is an HOA community so we have access to 2 different pools and small parks very close to the house (walking distance). **Must be working full time and be able to prove income** -Would be great if you can provide recent rent stubs/payments. I may ask for references. -No smoking of any kind in the house. Please text me if you have any questions and/or want to see the house!
