The staff is always nice! Other tenants are respectable and the Apt complex and hallway are always clean, and only 2 lights from the FreeWay, top of the parking garage also has a very good view of the city
Great service, excellent service and more than wonderful handling. This residence is my beautiful home in terms of safety, comfort and quiet
7 Seveny in 2016 was great! Nice residents and amazing office staff. Since Hurricane Harvey it has gone downhill. The office has high turnover with temps all the time from other projects that have no idea what is going on and say whatever to get you out of there. The old staff would at least listen if there were issues, contact the main management and on a whole resolve any problems. The office now dismisses your concerns, talks over you and sums things up with...I didn't talk to you before. The resident population has totally changed. Cars left with flats for months-using up parking spaces, trash thrown everywhere, vomit that stayed in parking garage for 3 weeks, dog poo in stairwells left and kicked around, residents run hall in underwear and robes open, guys in hoodies smoking in garage on weekends- refusing to move so you can pass. The dog park has been a mud hole since Harvey. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE! THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT MONEY.

I have not lived here but have been a guest here multiple times. Saturday night my car was towed for parking on the fifth floor, where only one other car was parked and a floor that no residents live on. The residents and staff members I have spoken with before and after being towed, were unaware of where guest parking was located. This cost me $239 for parking in a garage. (Not in an assigned spot, not in a fire lane, not in a handicapped space, but an empty 5th floor parking garage that is not labeled.) There are no signs or markings letting you know where visitor parking is and there are no numbers indicating what floor you are on inside the parking garage. My friend lives on the second floor and I parked on the fifth floor trying to do the right thing and go up to what we thought was visitor parking. There are towing signs but the signs state the following, “Towing is enforced for anyone who is not a resident or a resident’s guest.” After being towed I called three times requesting to speak with the manager and gain more clarification. Each time I was told that she was busy and would call me back. I still haven’t received a call from the manager. So my advice would be to stay as far away from this place as you can! The office staff is not helpful at all and refuses to acknowledge problems. Also, if you don’t want to get your car towed from an empty parking garage floor, DO NOT PARK HERE!

This apartment complex has the most amazing service I have ever experienced. They always answer the phones and are very nice and accommodating. I felt important to them. Chelsea is amazing!! Lease with her!!

When I told Juanita my mother passed away can I have a half day to clean, she very nonchalant said oh yeah we get that all the time and instead of she created additional charges that physically were impossible! Extremely disrespectful!
The apartment was good at first, the staff were friendly and cool. The maintenance is not responsible at a timely manner. It takes them long to repair and replace appliances. There are no garbage trash places in parkings and corridors making it messy. After wanting to move out, the staff's attitude reversed. They were being rude and as for the deposit they deducted a huge amount of money. They had cleaned the stove with an acid or a type of cleaning fluid and it rusted and they blamed everything on us. So disappointed, I might as well complain about them getting a fraud in my deposit refund and my ring got lost in my own house after leaving the house with the doors locked.

I recently relocated for NC the transition has been so smooth. The staff is awesome and I looked at a lot of apartments in the energy corridor area. This was by far offering the best rates and the apartment look pretty new and clean. The only thing I wish I could change is valet trash, but after a while you get us to it. Also if your from NC, no set company *Duke power you have to research different electric companies.
First of all, I rarely take the time to write or give a review but this is a case that clearly merits. I lived at the properties located at Eldridge Parkway in Houston and will share my personal experience. Before moving in, I was told they would monitor parking via tenant car sticker and for those who consistently parked illegally could be towed. I consistently had to park in the furthest spot from my floor because of cars illegally parked. I addressed this issue various times with the local manager who told me it would be addressed but never was. Things only got worse when I provided notice of moving out. I went to their offices to provide my 60 day notice to move out. At that time, the manager asked why I was leaving where I mentioned it was primarily due to personal financial reasons. The manager asked me if I would wait and see if they could offer me any special incentive before making a final decision. I agreed and after close to 2 weeks of not hearing back I went to their offices to see if they were going to offer me an incentive. Long story short, the incentive was not attractive to me and I confirmed my earlier decision to move. That's when everything changed.....management stated I did not provide the 60 day notice regardless of the fact I met the 60 days when originally going into their office. In my view this was unethical and greedy. By the way, I ended paying their penalties as I only had our original conversation as my basis. I am glad I am out of there and working with a company that treats me with respect.
This is a great apartment outside the loop in Houston. The common areas are always kept clean, it has it's own parking garage and the staff is always super helpful and nice. You can pick from two different features (granite or quartz, glass tile or stone backsplash)for the apartment so you can pick the style you like. It's in a great location with plenty of restaurants, grocery stores and shopping in the area (Memorial Mall is only a 5 minute drive away). Overall it's a great apartment!
I did my research so I had and idea what to look and ask for. Noise and pets being that this apartment is new it had all the bells and whistles. However some patio don't have storage and you aren't guaranteed granite countertops. I ended up loving the quartz (paid less) and I actually have a view of memorial and I don't hear noise. Overall I like the staff the apartment is awesome. Happy I made this home so far.
