There is also a bonus space with two queens, all with a 3" memory foam topper and lots of comfy pillows. A full closet for all your items, ceiling fans, and a sitting area make your stay feel more like home. Two full bathrooms and a powder room on the main level are freshly stocked with clean towels and great Wi-Fi throughout. Enjoy the fully stocked kitchen along with a Keurig. Beautiful, clean, modern, and in a prime location, it's hard to beat this private home. Great for quick one-night stays, multi-day visits to local businesses or conferences, or weekend getaways to the beautiful Utah outdoors. A 72" Smart TV in the living room, fully stocked kitchen, and play den make this space unbeatable. We pride ourselves in being a company that offers a pet-friendly place at many of our properties. We do have an additional pet fee to help protect against the natural wear and tear it causes to our properties by allowing pets. If your furry friends are accompanying you for your stay, we do allow up to two dogs and charge a pet fee of $50 for one dog or $115 for two dogs. This fee is required and is paid after booking is complete when you register your pet on our digital check-in. Pet fees do not cover any damages or accidents caused by your pets. We are only 2 minutes off the I-15 freeway, which makes easy access to anywhere in Salt Lake County or Utah County. 7 minutes to Evermore Theme Park, 12 minutes from UVU, 13 minutes to Thanksgiving Point, 16 minutes to Timpanogos Cave National Monument, 22 minutes to Splash Summit Water Park, 25 minutes to BYU, 35 minutes to Sundance (Skiing), 35 minutes to Seven Peaks Water Park, 40 minutes to SLC Airport, 40 minutes to Temple Square, 55 minutes to Brighton (Skiing), and 60 minutes to Park City (Skiing). We love American Fork because it is the central location for Utah Valley. Thanksgiving Point and The Outlets at Traverse Mtn are local hot spots that are just a 10-minute drive. We have hundreds of YELP-worthy local eateries and tons of shopping located near our home. Lyft, Uber, and Uber Eats are very active in our area. You can park in the garage, in the driveway, or on the street in front of our home. This rental home is in a quiet neighborhood, so we ask for your help in respecting the friendly neighbors by not hosting parties of any sort and keeping music and noise quiet after 10 pm each night. Smoking, vaping, or the use of any recreational drugs is strictly prohibited anywhere within or upon the premise of the property. Failure to comply with the pet fee, smoking/drug policy, and unauthorized events or parties could result in a $500 fine, immediate eviction with no refund, and additional expenses may be charged to remove odors or repair any damages done.
