All guests are required to sign a rental agreement and undergo a background check. Early check-in can be requested for $20 per hour, subject to approval. Standard check-in time is 4:00 PM Monday-Saturday and 5:00 PM on Sundays. Late check-out is subject to approval, with fees of $20 for 11:00 AM and $40 for 12:00 PM.
