For entertainment and convenience, the apartment includes a Smart TV with Netflix access, high-speed Wi-Fi, in-unit laundry, complete temperature control, and full gym access. Free on-site and street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis, along with complimentary garage access. An EV charger is also provided for modern convenience. Pets are welcome with prior approval, though pets over 50 lbs are not allowed. A one-time pet fee applies: $100 per pet for 1-2 nights, $150 per pet for 3-6 nights, $250 per pet for 7-29 nights, and $300 per month per pet for stays of 30 nights or more. Early check-in can be requested a day before arrival for $20 per hour before the standard check-in time. Late check-out is subject to approval and costs $20 for 11:00 AM or $40 for 12:00 PM. An additional cleaning request during your stay costs $150. For stays longer than 29 days, a mandatory cleaning service by our housekeeping team costs $150. All guests are required to sign a rental agreement and pass a background check, providing a valid government ID through secure platforms. Standard check-in is at 4:00 PM from Monday to Saturday and 5:00 PM on Sundays. Standard check-out is at 10:00 AM, with any check-out beyond 12:00 PM incurring a $300 penalty and immediate expulsion. A strict no-party policy is enforced, with any party activity resulting in police intervention and immediate eviction without a refund, or a $1000 fine if a party is discovered or a neighbor complains of excessive noise. Quiet hours are strictly observed from 10 pm to 8 am, with a $1000 fine for violations. Unauthorized guests in the unit or pool will incur a $100 fine per person. Smoking, drug, and vape use is not allowed inside the unit, on the balcony, or in the hallways of the building, with a $1000 fine if discovered or reported. Pets must be disclosed and approved in advance, and pets over 50 lbs are not allowed. Visitors are generally not allowed without previous notification. Ring cameras monitor the entrance, and noise detectors are installed inside. Altering, blocking, or disconnecting any safety device, including the security camera pointing at the door entrance, will lead to immediate termination of your stay with no refund. You will be charged for any missing or damaged items, including a $600 penalty for lost keys, clicker, fob, or parking permit. A $500 penalty applies if you are locked out and require assistance. If an excessive mess is discovered after your stay, you will be charged accordingly on top of the standard cleaning fee, and a $10 charge will apply for stained face towels. We do not provide extra towels and sheets. We do not allow packages or mail to be sent to the address; items may be delivered to the door or a local FedEx/UPS.
